I have been building guitars in the UK for nearly 30 years and started doing swirl paint finishes in the early 2000's. I was in business for a few years doing them around 2005-8 and then started again in 2017... A swirl on your guitar body is £299 (UK pounds) plus shipping. If you want the headstock front swirled to match, that's an extra £49. That's for a custom colour swirl on a guitar body that you send to me, and includes the prep work and the swirl, but no clear coat (I'm not clear coating any more due to lack of proper facilities).
