Abel O. Ajayi - Chairman

Mr. Ajayi is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Having completed the professional examinations in 1971, he served across various units of the firm and was appointed as a Partner of Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co., a predecessor firm of KPMG Nigeria, in 1979. In 1989, he was elected by his peers as Partner-In-Charge of Audit & Accounting. His areas of specialization include Banking and Finance, Manufacturing and Consumer Businesses. He served ICAN as a member of Training, Library & Examinations committees and was an ICAN Assessor/Examiner in Auditing from 1980 through 1993. Mr. Ajayi was elected Chairman/Chief Executive of KPMG Nigeria in July 2002, a position he held until the merger of KPMG Nigeria and Akintola Williams Deloitte & Touche in June 2003. He served as Vice Chairman in the merged Firm, Akintola Williams Deloitte and retired from the Firm in May 2008. Mr. Ajayi is currently a Director at Elizade Nigeria Limited.

Anne Agbo

•Anne has considerable experience in Corporate and Commercial law practice. She has acquired expertise in managing the compliance requirements of companies in the financial sector of the Nigerian economy. Anne has been involved with arranging and coordinating meetings of the Board of Directors and General Meetings of numerous clients as well as the maintenance of statutory registers and other records. She has built strong relationships with various regulatory agencies over the years. •Anne holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and Accountability from the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK and is a graduate of Law from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005 and is a member of Nigerian and International Bar Associations. •Anne provides oversight on all company secretarial and governance clients.

Bisi Adeyemi - Managing Director

Bisi holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School. She has varied experience in litigation, Corporate and Commercial law practice and has worked on various assignments spanning corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment regulatory procedures and due diligence procedures. Prior to joining DCSL, Bisi was the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary with a downstream oil and gas company. Before then, she was the General Counsel with a multinational dredging company. Bisi is a member of the International Bar Association, the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria and a Resource Person at the Institute of Directors. Bisi has attended leadership training at the Harvard Business School, the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Illinois. Bisi is a fellow of the Institute of Directors and was the immediate past President of Nigeria British Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board of Trustees of Woman in Business (WimBiz).

Mr. Adeniyi Obe is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of Qualified Professional practice experience. A graduate of The University of Lagos, he joined the International Accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu). He was admitted as Partner in the Deloitte Nigeria firm in 1987. He has practical experience in Audit of Institutions in Financial services, Manufacturing, Distributive trades and Supermarkets, Oil and Gas Upstream, Book publishing and Newspapers, Auto Assembly; Insolvency and Business Recovery Services; Financial Consulting Services; Fraud and Special Investigations to mention a few. He stayed with the firm until 2013 when he retired as the CEO Akintola Williams Deloitte and concurrently CEO for Deloitte West and Central Africa. He was a Board Member of Junior Achievement and is involved in several Charitable causes. His activities in retirement are centered around Charities and Golf.

Obi A. Ogbechi

Mr. Ogbechi joined Deloitte Haskins & Sells in 1976, after graduating from the Yaba College of Technology, where he obtained his ACCA qualifications. He was a fellow of ACCA until 2006 and is still a fellow of ICAN and CITN. He acquired varied and extensive work experience as Accountant-In-charge, Manager and Partner covering clients in all sectors of the economy, including Trading, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Banking and Finance, Oil & Gas, Agriculture and General Business. Between 2002 and 2006, Mr. Ogbechi was the Partner-in-Charge of the Benin office of the firm, which was responsible for all the firm's clients in Edo, Delta, Ekiti and Ondo States of Nigeria. After a meritorious service of 31 years, (21 years of which as a Partner), he retired on December 31, 2007 from the firm. Mr. Ogbechi served ICAN as an Assessor in Accounting for more than 7 years. Mr. Ogbechi is the Managing Partner/Chief Executive of the firm Obi Ogbechi & Co. (Chartered Accountants.
