The company sprang from a very simple conversation between Brent Beck, our owner, and Chad McCarty, our Vice President. A little exasperated by an industry that often encouraged the cutting of corners, the two men asked: "What would it be like if we could hire the best people, sales representatives, installers, support personnel, that we'd ever worked with and put them into one company?
