Late Engineer Jonathan Tinat is the inspiration behind the establishment of the Deaf Resource Centre, Late Jonathan was the former President of Nigeria National Association of the Deaf. He died on the 12th March 2007 due to cerebral malaria infections. His leadership and dedication to the Deaf community is a legacy that is still fresh in our thoughts.
