Mr. Schacter is a Managing Director for Cerberus Business Finance, the Firm's middle-market direct lending platform.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2014, Mr. Schacter was an Assistant Vice President in the Capital Equipment Finance Group at CIT where he was responsible for underwriting loans and leases secured by equipment. Prior to his role in the Capital Equipment Finance Group, Mr. Schacter was in the Problem Loan Management Group where he managed a portfolio of distressed senior cash flow and asset-based loans.

Mr. Benard is Co-Head of Cerberus Frontier and leads Cerberus' private investment activities across emerging and frontier markets in Asia. Mr. Benard has led equity and debt transactions in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, South Asia, and the Caucasus.
He began his career as an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb, where he worked on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments, including leveraged finance.
Mr. Benard has published numerous articles on finance, trade, and geopolitics for The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Foreign Affairs, and Foreign Policy, among others. Mr. Benjamin is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer for Cerberus and joined the Firm in 2007. In his role, Mr. Benjamin oversees all operational and legal functions related to Cerberus and its affiliates across the Firm's global footprint.
During his tenure at Cerberus, Mr. Benjamin has held various senior leadership roles, including serving as Cerberus' Deputy General Counsel and separately, Associate General Counsel. From 2007 to 2012, he held the role of Associate General Counsel of Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, LLC, the Firm's operations platform, where he supported the private equity group and the Firm's portfolio companies on transactions and general corporate matters.
Mr. Benjamin began his legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in its New York and London offices, representing private equity clients in real estate, M&A, and finance matters.

Dr. Salek is a Senior Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, Dr. Salek was the Founder and head of Silicon for Google Technical Infrastructure and Google Cloud businesses. He started and led multiple lines of products that today are part of the de facto infrastructure behind Google services. Over the past two decades, Dr. Salek has led the development of products for a wide range of markets such as machine learning, networking, graphics, video, and mobile processors. Prior to Google, Dr. Salek was a Senior Director of Engineering at Nvidia, where he was the Founder and head of Nvidia's System-on-a-Chip Design organization.
Dr. Salek holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Kandel is the Global Chief Compliance Officer for Cerberus and oversees compliance for the Firm and its global operations. In his role, Mr. Kandel works with the Firm's business units and its professionals worldwide to ensure Cerberus is maintaining the highest standard of compliance and ethical behavior. He has been instrumental in integrating best practices into Cerberus' day-to-day operations, including through the development of a robust compliance program that, among other things, regularly monitors activities and conducts trainings to ensure the safeguarding of the Firm's integrity and reputation.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2007, Mr. Kandel was First Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Merrill Lynch, where he was in charge of state regulation, legislation, and government relations and also handled various SEC, NYSE, NASD, and compliance-related matters. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Kandel was the Chief of the Investor Protection & Securities Bureau at the New York State Attorney General's Office, where he also served as Assistant Deputy Attorney General, assisting in oversight of the Antitrust, Charities, Consumer Fraud, Civil Rights, Environmental, and Real Estate Finance Bureaus. From 1993 to 1995, he was Senior Special Counsel, then Trial Counsel, at the Enforcement Division of the New York Stock Exchange. He was also an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan for seven years.
Mr. Kandel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a Lecturer and Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mr. Jacobson is a Managing Director on the U.S. Real Estate team. He is responsible for the origination of Cerberus' real estate investments in the U.S., including sourcing, underwriting, financing, and executing real estate transactions. He is also directly involved in the asset management of the Firm's real estate property and portfolio investments. Since joining Cerberus in 2014, Mr. Jacobson has been instrumental in the acquisition of real estate assets through a range of strategies and deal structures.
Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Jacobson worked at Square Mile Capital Management, where he was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of distressed real estate debt portfolios from financial institutions and financial resolution authorities. From 2007 to 2010, he worked at The Praedium Group, where he was involved in commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management.

Mr. Solomon joined Cerberus in 2007 and is a senior member of the Cerberus Business Finance fund development team.
With approximately $18 billion of investment capacity across a diversified portfolio, Cerberus Business Finance is a recognized leader and innovator in the middle-market direct lending industry. Mr. Solomon is also a loan officer for the Cerberus Business Finance portfolio, with various responsibilities including origination, due diligence, and portfolio management.
Previously, Mr. Solomon's responsibilities also included internal debt advisory, where he assisted in raising third-party capital in support of several Cerberus private equity investments. Mr. Solomon began his professional career in the leveraged finance group of Deutsche Bank Securities.
He graduated from Stanford University, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering.

Ms. Siakotos is Cerberus' Europe General Counsel. Based in London, Ms. Siakotos oversees all legal activities in Europe in addition to advising on M&A transactions and general corporate matters for Cerberus and its portfolio companies, with a focus on financial institutions.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2018, Ms. Siakotos held senior legal positions at several multinational companies, most recently at Millicom International Cellular SA. Before that, she practiced law for seven years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York and London, where she advised clients on M&A and financing transactions.
Ms. Siakotos received her J.D. with honors from the Moscow State University School of Law. She also holds an LL.M. degree in Corporation Law from the New York University School of Law, where she was a Hauser Global Scholar. Ms. Siakotos was listed on The Legal 500's GC Powerlist: Africa in 2017, which recognizes the most influential and innovative in-house counsel in the region.

Dr. Vinci is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Dr. Vinci was a Managing Director of Tracker Capital, a venture capital-oriented family office that principally invested in emerging technologies. Most recently, Dr. Vinci was an executive on the core management team at Bridgewater Associates. Previously, he was a senior intelligence official and served as the Chief Technology Officer and Associate Director for Capabilities at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. During this time, Dr. Vinci was also on the Senior Steering Group and Executive Committee of Project Maven, the U.S. Department of Defense's program focused on machine learning.
He was the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Findyr, a technology company that crowdsources data from around the world, as well as Leviathan Analytics, an AI, and geospatial data analytics company focused on global risk. Earlier in his career, Dr. Vinci served with the U.S. Department of Defense in Iraq, Asia, and Africa. He is a member of the Board of Trustees Technology Committee of MITRE and an Adjunct Senior Fellow with the Technology and National Security Program at the Center for a New American Security.
Dr. Vinci received his Ph.D. in International Relations from The London School of Economics and studied Philosophy at Reed College and the University of Oxford. He is a member of Business Executives for National Security and the Council on Foreign Relations.

Mr. Cunningham is a Managing Director for Cerberus European Servicing ("CES"), the Firm's proprietary asset management, property management, and loan servicing platform. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2015, Mr. Cunningham worked for Hudson Advisors and was responsible for the work-out and asset management of several large NPL and real estate portfolios. From 2011 to 2013, he was at Warren Private, a boutique real estate investment & development firm, and prior to that, was at DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield, for over six years.

Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Sylvester was the Head of Wholesale Development and Data Insights at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Intelligent Solutions, with responsibilities for leading a team focused on commercializing financially impactful big data and advanced analytics solutions. He also held other roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. including Head of Platform Strategy and Development and Head of Americas Equity Trading. Prior to JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mr. Sylvester served as Managing Director and Head Equity Trader at Babson Capital Management and Vice President of Equity Trading at Harbor Capital Management.

Mr. Nilsen is a Managing Director based in London. As part of our European Credit Opportunities group, Mr. Nilsen focuses on a range of investment strategies, including corporate credit, non-performing loans, and special situations.

Mr. Henis is a Managing Director on the Residential Opportunities team. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2013, Mr. Henis was a Director at UBS where he most recently ran the Agency MBS derivatives trading book. Mr. Garvey is President of Residential Opportunities and joined Cerberus in 2008. Mr. Garvey was one of the original founders of the Firm's residential strategy and platform. Since that time, Cerberus has purchased residential real estate loans globally in excess of $55 billion. Mr. Garvey also helped to position Cerberus to acquire distressed single-family real estate in 2015 and since it first purchase, the Firm has built a proprietary, national SFR platform.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Garvey spent 11 years, from 1997 to 2008, as a Head Mortgage Trader and Manager at Lehman Brothers. He managed all risk and trading operations for Agency and Non-Agency residential mortgages.

Prior to joining Cerberus in 2014, Mr. Berg was the Head of CRE and NPLs for Pepper Finance Corporation in Ireland for two years. Previously, Mr. Berg was the Head of Real Estate for ECA Capital, a family office with prime real estate assets in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and North America. From 2007 to 2011, he served as an Investment & Development Manager for a major pan-European property development company.

Brian Hook is Vice Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments. In his role, he has a broad mandate across regions, asset classes, and sectors, working closely with Cerberus' investment platforms, operations affiliates, and portfolio companies to drive long-term value.
Mr. Hook joined Cerberus in 2021 and has served in the administrations of three U.S. Presidents: President George H.W. Bush, President George W. Bush, and President Donald J. Trump. During the Trump Administration, he served as Senior Advisor to Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Senior Advisor to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, U.S. Special Representative for Iran, and Director of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff. He was a key official on the team that negotiated peace agreements between UAE-Israel, Bahrain-Israel, Sudan-Israel, and Morocco-Israel, known collectively as the Abraham Peace Accords. He also led the creation of the Free and Open Indo-Pacific strategy and the deepening of bilateral relations between the United States and India.
Mr. Hook held a number of senior positions in the Bush Administration, including Assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations; Senior Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations; Special Assistant to the President for Policy at the White House; and Counsel in the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice. From 2009 to 2017, he founded and managed Latitude, LLC, an international strategic consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. He was a corporate lawyer at Hogan & Hartson from 1999 to 2003.

Ms. Guven serves as the Head of Environmental, Social, Governance & Sustainability for Cerberus. In her role, Ms. Guven coordinates the Firm's Environmental, Social, Governance ("ESG") and sustainability efforts across all desks and investments.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, Ms. Guven was a Senior Legal Researcher at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment ("CCSI"), a joint center of the Law School and the Earth Institute at Columbia University, which she joined in 2016. Her work at CCSI focused on aligning the legal and normative frameworks governing global investment activities with sustainable development objectives and outcomes. From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Guven was a senior associate in the banking group at Hogan Lovells US LLP, where she represented public and private financial institutions and borrowers in multi-jurisdictional financing transactions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Guven served as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the Government of Liberia, and as an associate in the banking group at McGuireWoods LLP.

Ms. Brossard joined Cerberus in 2010. Prior to joining Cerberus, Ms. Brossard worked in the Private Equity Group at Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec from 2006 to 2010, where she managed infrastructure and fund investments in Europe and North America across a variety of sectors and strategies. From 2003 to 2006, Ms. Brossard worked in Europe in the commercial finances business of GE Capital Corporation, and from 1997 to 2003 in Canada in the corporate finance group. Mr. Dunlap serves as the Head of Global Financial Institutions Group Advisory. Mr. Vohra is a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager on the Residential Opportunities team. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2022, Mr. Vohra was Managing Director and Global Head of Securitized Products Trading at Citigroup. In this role, Mr. Vohra had oversight of trading in securitized products across agency and non-agency MBS, residential whole loans, CMBS, ABS and CLOs.
Additionally, he led Citigroup's North American Residential Finance team and the Spread Products Investment Technologies Group, which was responsible for fintech engagement and investments in companies with implications for Citigroup's broader markets and lending franchise. Mr. Vohra was a member of the Citigroup Impact Fund Investment Committee, which makes equity investments in companies that drive positive societal impacts. He began his career at Citigroup in 2003 in the Fixed Income Research department.

Mr. Holt is a Senior Managing Director and serves as Cerberus' General Counsel for the Private Equity and Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities investment platforms. Mr. Holt joined Cerberus in 2006 and previously served as a Senior Operating Executive and General Counsel of Cerberus Operations, the Firm's operations platform, and General Counsel of the Private Equity platform. Mr. Holt serves as a senior legal advisor to the Firm on a broad array of matters involving the acquisition, oversight, and monetization of companies in the Cerberus global private equity, supply chain, venture capital, and Frontier investment portfolios. He also sits on the board of directors of, and handles special projects for, Cerberus portfolio companies.
Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Holt held executive leadership positions as the chief legal officer, corporate secretary, and senior vice president of regulatory and external affairs at several public and private companies. Before that, he was an attorney at two highly rated law firms in Washington, D.C., where he represented nationally known clients in complex trial and appellate litigation, regulatory and transactional matters before various federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Darby serves as Global Head of Venture Investments. He joined Cerberus in 2023 following a 17-year tenure as President and CEO of In-Q-Tel, the independent strategic investment firm supporting the missions of the Central Intelligence Agency and the broader Intelligence Community.
Mr. Darby was previously Vice President and General Manager at Intel overseeing its Middleware Products Division. Mr. Darby joined Intel in 2005 through its acquisition of Sarvega, a venture-backed supplier of XML Networking and Security products, where he was President and CEO. Prior to Sarvega, Mr. Darby was the Chairman and CEO of @stake, an internet security consulting firm ultimately acquired by Symantec. Earlier in his career, Mr. Darby served as President and CEO of Interpath Communications, a facilities-based ASP later acquired by US Internetworking. Mr. Darby also held several executive positions at Digital Equipment Corporation (now, HP) with responsibility for telecom industry initiatives, corporate strategy, and alliances. He began his career at Bell Northern Research.

Mr. Bastarache is a Senior Managing Director for Cerberus.
He joined Cerberus in 2007 as a member of the Firm's operations platform, Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, and has led its IT Practice since 2014. During his tenure, he has conducted over 100+ IT diligence efforts evaluating IT strategy, landscapes, platforms and risks supporting private equity and lending investment objectives. He has also managed complex IT carve-outs and various value creation initiatives at portfolio companies across a wide range of industries, including finance, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceutical.
Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Bastarache was the Chief Information Officer for Pitney Bowes Capital Services, where he oversaw the separation of its operations and systems from Pitney Bowes Inc. He also served as Global Chief Information Officer for DaimlerChrysler Capital Services and separately, was Chief Information Officer of Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation, leading the technology infrastructure for its automotive lending division in North and South America. Mr. Bastarache began his technology career at Connecticut-based People's Bank, where he held various technical support, system development, and project management roles.

Mr. Brooks is a Senior Managing Director on the Private Equity team. In his role, he leads private equity investments across multiple investment platforms, sectors, and geographies. Mr. Brooks serves on the Board of Directors for various Cerberus portfolio companies.
He joined Cerberus in 2004 and is currently based in New York. From 2014 through 2021, Mr. Brooks was in London where he was responsible for driving the expansion of Cerberus' private equity strategy in Europe. Mr. Brooks began his career in investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley and Houlihan Lokey, and was also a senior investment professional at The Gores Group, where he focused on private equity and restructuring situations.

Mr. McLaughlin is a Managing Director and the Head of Capital Formation for the West Coast, overseeing capital raising and investor partnerships for the Firm in that region. He brings nearly 25 years of experience in capital fundraising and client relations.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2023, Mr. McLaughlin served for 13 years as a Managing Director in the Client and Partner Group at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), where he managed and grew the Firm's relationships with limited partners in the Western United States. Earlier, he was a Managing Director at BlackRock in the Account Management Group and started his career at Independence Fixed Income Associates in McLean, Virginia.

Vice President Quayle is Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments and a member of the Firm's senior leadership team.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 1999, he served as the 44th Vice President of the United States of America to President George H. W. Bush from 1989 through 1993. In 1976, Vice President Quayle was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives and re-elected in 1978. In 1980, he was elected to the U.S. Senate and was the youngest Senator from Indiana. He was re-elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986.
Following his vice presidency, Vice President Quayle authored three books, including Standing Firm: A Vice-Presidential Memoir, which was on The New York Times' Best Seller List for 15 weeks. He was a distinguished visiting professor at Arizona State University's Thunderbird School of Global Management for two years. He was also active for many years on the lecture circuit in the United States and internationally. He has served on numerous boards of directors for both private and public entities as well as charities.

Mr. Dejanovic is Head of European Advisory Offices and Head of International Real Estate Advisory for Cerberus. He oversees Cerberus' international investments in commercial and residential properties, real estate-related portfolios, and real estate operating companies.
Since joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Dejanovic has been instrumental in establishing Cerberus as a leading real estate investor in Europe and played a central role in Cerberus becoming one of the largest private residential landlords in Germany. In addition, Mr. Dejanovic leads Cerberus' non-performing loan platform in Europe, where the Firm has been a leading purchaser of non-performing loan portfolios since 2013. Mr. Dejanovic has overseen Cerberus' non-performing loan activities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Scandinavia, among other jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Dejanovic was at Ernst and Young in its corporate finance division. From 2004 to 2005, he worked for the Australian subsidiary of China Light and Power (CLP) in Business Development and Project Finance. Prior to CLP, he was at the Australian subsidiary of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings and Hong Kong Electric Holdings in various roles across the Corporate Treasury, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Commercial Analysis divisions.
Mr. Dejanovic holds a Bachelor of Business from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Master of Applied Finance from The University of Melbourne.

Mr. Wolf is Chief Executive Officer of Cerberus Business Finance, the Firm's middle-market direct lending platform. Since Mr. Wolf co-founded Cerberus' lending platform over two decades ago, Cerberus Business Finance has become a recognized leader and innovator in the leveraged finance industry, with one of the largest origination platforms in the United States.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 1997, Mr. Wolf was Senior Vice President at Congress Financial Corporation within its business development group and was also a member of the company's Credit Committee, where he was active in loan origination. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Wolf completed the executive training program and worked in the middle-market lending group at Irving Trust Company. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
Mr. Wolf graduated magna cum laude from Drew University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Mr. Choquette joined Cerberus in 2013. Mr. Choquette is a founding member of FirstKey Homes, one of the leading national providers of single-family rental homes in the United States. Mr. Choquette serves on the Board of Directors of My Money Bank, a regulated bank in France and Cerberus portfolio company.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2013, Mr. Choquette was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Putnam Investments, where he oversaw the firm's Agency and Non-Agency mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and U.S. interest rate strategies. He managed up to a $30 billion dollar balance sheet in Non-Agency and Agency MBS and contributed to portfolio construction for fixed-income hedge funds, mutual funds, and institutional portable-alpha investment mandates. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Choquette served in various trading positions at Lehman Brothers in the Interest Rate Derivatives Group.

Mr. Lane joined Cerberus in 2018 and is a Managing Director of Cerberus European Capital Advisors based in London. Mr. Lane is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate as well as loan portfolio transactions across Europe.
Mr. Lane brings more than 18 years of global financial service and real estate experience to the firm. Prior to joining Cerberus, he was a Partner at Deloitte LLP in the Portfolio Lead Advisory Services practice. In his role, he advised major financial institutions and international private equity companies on non-performing loans and distressed real estate across Europe.
From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Lane was an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young in it the Real Estate Corporate Finance division. Prior to that, he spent six years at real estate investment firm Signature Capital and began his career at Investec Bank in the Real Estate Finance Group.

Mr. Paschalidis is a Managing Director and a senior team member for the Firm's middle-market direct lending platform. In his role, he is responsible for direct origination of financing transactions, as well as the underwriting and management of loan portfolios. During his more than 12-year tenure with the Firm, Mr. Paschalidis has closed over 120 loan transactions, primarily addressing the financing needs of private equity sponsors.
Mr. Paschalidis joined Cerberus in 2007 from RBS Greenwich Capital, where he was a Vice President responsible for the origination, underwriting, and resolution of a debt portfolio. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Paschalidis was a Senior Underwriter and Portfolio Manager in the Energy Financial Services, Global Financial Restructuring, and Corporate Financial Services divisions of GE Capital.
