He started his career as a technical developer after completing his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. Over time he transitioned into a career as a lead solutions architect - today, he brings with him over 20 years of experience in product development, consulting and implementation in Oracle HCM product suite. An entrepreneur at heart, he has influenced thousands with his championing of Oracle HCM as a change driver for businesses large and small.

Soumitra comes with over 25 years of experience as a Software Engineer and worked as Senior Director for CA Technologies (now a BROADCOM company). An Innovator, Experienced leader in managing a team of highly skilled engineers for multiple projects. He built healthcare devices for patients suffering from physiotherapy problems.

Susan provides deep strategic expertise in all areas of Human Capital Management. Susan conducts Oracle HCM Cloud remediation services, personalized cloud training, on-site recommendations, and discovery sessions to provide guidance and strategy on customer journeys to the cloud. Susan acts as a Project Manager and HCM Delivery lead to identify and recommend best industry practices during the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud especially in the areas of process standardization, transformation , consolidating, and gaining efficiencies during rollout.
