Our mission is to protect and to promote in the world the heritage of the traditional Neapolitan pizza but living plenty of space for innovation. All this allows us to enhance authentic productions that are organic, seasonal, and more sustainable. From production to manufacturing, simply "From our lands to your hands"... From the beginning, we aimed to be part of the SLOW FOOD movement, which defends regional traditions, good food, gastronomic pleasure and a slow pace of life... With this motto, we wanted to summarize the values and ideals that our project is based on. Our main goal is to empower the local farmers through the research of raw material of excellence, bringing into your plates the smells and tastes of our lands.
