Bev Hegde

Bev enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a special interest in women's health. Bev joined the team at Gleadless medical centre in April 2008, working Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

Bridget Manning

My name is Bridget and I have worked in Primary Care for over 10 years. I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of nursing care within general Practice. I am also a Nurse Prescriber and I am currently doing a university course in minor illness.

Conrad Sooklall

Conrad joined the practice in january 2004. He is lead partner for cancer and palliative care. His other interests include computing technology.

Hannah Mitchell

Hannah came to Sheffield in 2004 to commence her medical training, and liked Yorkshire so much that she decided to stay. She joined the team at Gleadless in 2017 and enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with particular interests in Mental Health and Sexual Health. She is kept busy by her two young sons and her (not always very well trained) dog.

Helen Jarvis

Dr Jarvis grew up in Sheffield and trained in Manchester. She soon saw the light and came back to Yorkshire and she has worked as a GP in Sheffield and Rotherham for the last 20 years. She also works independently for the Sheffield Adult Safeguarding Team. She enjoys the variety of general practice but has a special interest in Mental Health and in the care of older people. She is also the Trainer for our GP registrars. In her spare time she will be found walking her dog in local parks and eating cake.

Mandy Sturman

Mandy is trained to take blood samples, to assist the nurses in the care of patients and to work with the doctors in the Three Minute Surgery.

Melanie Moreton

I am a registered nurse with over 21 years experience, I have worked for the past 18 years on Vascular Surgery at the Northern General. I was new to the Practice in October 2013 and to Practice Nursing, however I have a great deal of experience and interest in Wound Care and Chronic Disease Management, and hope to be able to use this experience to benefit the patients at the practice.

Natalie Dodge

Natalie is trained to take blood samples, to assist the nurses in the care of patients and to work with the doctors in the Three Minute Surgery.

Sally Brown

Sally joined the practice in April 2002. She is a lead partner for diabetes care and is the GP responsible for our patients in one of the elderly care homes. She also has an interest in women's health.

Sarah Billingsley

My name is Sarah Billingsley. I am very pleased to have joined Gleadless Medical Centre in October 2013. I qualified in 1999 and in that time have almost 9 years Practice Nursing experience. I have lots of interests including Chronic Disease Management and health promotion, as well as being competent in general practice nursing duties. I feel that with my skills and knowledge I have a lot to offer. I am focussed on providing the best possible patient care.

Sharon Hunt

Sharon is trained to take blood samples, to assist the nurses in the care of patients and to work with the doctors in the Three Minute Surgery.

Tracey Johnson

Job Titles:
  • Practice Manager
Tracey is our Practice Manager and responsible for the day to day running of the Practice. Tracey previously worked for Post Office Ltd in the Doncaster, Sheffield and Leeds area for 31 years in various roles including counter clerk and transport manager. She joined the team as Practice Manager for Gleadless Medical Centre in April 2017.
