Alan received his bachelor's degree in meteorology from Penn State University and his master's degree from the University of Oklahoma, earning him the American Meteorological Seal. He started his TV career at the NBC affiliate in Tulsa, then went on to WTVR-TV in Richmond, Va.; KSTW in Seattle, Wash., and Bay News 9 in Tampa, Fla. He joined Moody Radio in April 2002. Alan also has a master of divinity degree from Trinity Theological Seminary. He serves as associate pastor at North Dunedin Baptist Church and is the author of Lord Of The Skies. Alan and his wife, Pam, have a son, Austin.
Allen is Moody Radio's broadcast engineer for the state of Ohio and western Pennsylvania. He maintains our five remote stations and keeps things working at the WCRF studios. He formerly worked for an ABC television station and was a recording engineer for 18 years. You may see him traveling from site to site in the WCRF 103.3 FM Moody Mobile.
Andrea Fabry, formerly Andrea Kessel, is the mother of nine children and former co-host of Midday Connection. She now co-hosts Building Relationships with Dr. Gary Chapman along with her husband, Chris. She loves to share her insights and fun-loving, humorous self with listeners.
Atlanta, Georgia, is Andrew's hometown, where he grew up in a pastor's home. After nearly a decade in the Traffic Department of WXIA-TV (11 Alive), he joined the Moody Broadcast Team at WAFS (AM 920) in Atlanta; first in a part-time basis as a weekend and "fill in" announcer, then full time as Production Director and eventually as host of the morning show. After the sale of WAFS, he spent 8 years at Faith Radio (a Moody affiliate) in Montgomery, Ala., as Operations Manager and Morning Show Host. Serving in Florida since 2012, Andrew and his wife, Miriam, enjoy spending time with their two children, Nathan and Abigail.

Ayanda Khumalo is Host of ‘Mornings with TK' weekdays from 4a to 7am CDT. He is a multi-talented creative (recording artist, worship pastor, radio host, actor, and author). He travels the world leading, teaching, and training on leadership and musical worship. Ayanda features on numerous podcasts like "The Worship Initiative" and features on various TV and radio stations. He is the author of Aya and ABBA. Ayanda serves as the Central Worship Pastor at Woodside Bible Church"
Becky is from the Midwest and received her B.A. from Western Illinois University. She began working for Moody Radio in 2005. Becky is the mother of two married sons, Matt and Eric, and she has eight grandchildren! She loves reading, music, hanging out with her grandchildren, and checking in on her 94 year old dad!
Ben was born in Kent City and has lived in the West Michigan area his entire life. He's been in media for over 10 years, starting at WCET-TV in Hudsonville in January of 2014. Ben served in many roles, including Sports Director and host of In The Zone, a live sports talk show.
Ben joined Moody Radio Grand Rapids in October of 2022. He currently serves as Morning Show Producer and is a regular on-air contributor to Perry and Shawna Mornings. Ben and his wife, Lauren, live in Hudsonville, MI.
Bill is a veteran broadcaster with a background in both general market and Christian radio. He also holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and spent several years serving low-income children and families at a Los Angeles County community mental health clinic.
Many Moody Radio listeners may be familiar with Bill's work for Focus on the Family. During his time at Focus, Bill hosted the "Weekend Magazine" program, the "Family Minute with Dr. Bill Maier" and the "Family Insights" TV news feature. He also served as Dr. James Dobson's primary fill-in host on the Focus on the Family daily broadcast.
Most recently, Bill hosted the morning shows at KSBJ Radio in Houston and The Faith Radio Network in Minneapolis. He joined Moody Radio's "Praise and Worship Channel" in May of 2019.
Bill and his wife Lisa have three energetic kids and an even MORE energetic Labroodle named "Sparky." They make their home in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.
Brent is a Calvary Bible College graduate whose passion is to reach others with the gospel of Christ and encourage them in their faith. Brent has served on air and provided production services for Christian radio stations across the country since 1993. Recognized by his peers, Brent was a finalist for Christian Music Broadcasters National Air Personality of the Year in 2011. When he's not at the office you'll find Brent playing softball or riding bikes with his family, enjoying board games with his wife, Michelle, and serving as a deacon in his local church in North Georgia.
Brian grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota and holds a bachelor's degree in social science/history and a master's degree in education. While teaching public high school in the Minneapolis area, he began working part-time in broadcasting as the co-host/producer of a weekly talk radio program. After six years of teaching and two years of part-time broadcasting, Brian began working full-time in Christian radio at WMBI, 90.1FM Moody Radio Chicago. From June 2008 to July of 2015, Brian served in a variety of roles at WMBI from producer to host, and was the co-creator and co-host of a weekly Moody Radio podcast called "What Did They Say Now?". Brian was also an Adjunct Professor in the Communications Department at the Moody Bible Institute. Brian currently serves as the host of "Mornings with Brian" on Moody Radio Cleveland. He's also the creator and host of the podcast series "The Grandfather Effect". Brian lives in rural Northeast Ohio with his wife and five children.
Brigitte is passionate about helping you start your day with the inspiration and information you need! As a South Florida native, she graduated from Westminster Academy and Palm Beach Atlantic University. Brigitte joined Moody Radio South Florida in 2007. In addition to her work at WRMB, Brigitte volunteers with Women in the Window International. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Gibson Sylvestre. Together, they enjoy travel, biking, reading, and attending local events throughout South Florida. Her favorite verse is Galatians 2:20, "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Chris Brooks is the senior pastor of Woodside Bible Church, a multisite congregation across the Detroit metropolitan area. Chris served for 20 years as the senior pastor of Evangel Ministries, a thriving 1,600-member church in the heart of Detroit. He also served as the campus dean of Moody Theological Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan. A popular Detroit radio host since 2005, Chris is the author of Kingdom Dreaming and Urban Apologetics. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance, completed his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University, and graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Yodit, are the proud parents of six children: Christopher, Zewditu, Cameron, Judah, Sophia, and Christyana.
Chris Fabry is the host of Chris Fabry Live on Moody Radio and is the author of more than 80 books. He is a member of the Christy Award Hall of Fame for Christian Fiction. His latest release is The Forge, a novelization of the Kendrick Brothers' film. He and his wife live near Tucson, AZ.

Chris Martin is director of content at Moody Global Media. He earned his undergraduate degree in biblical literature from Taylor University and his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the author of two books about social media: The Wolf in Their Pockets (Moody, 2023) and Terms of Service: The Real Cost of Social Media (B&H, 2022). Chris and his wife, Susie, live with their family outside Nashville, Tennessee.
Cindy was born in Illinois, but raised in Port Huron, Michigan where she met her husband of almost 40 years now. Cindy and Tim have lived in beautiful Clearwater, Florida for their entire married lives and have three adult children, David, Daniel, Reina, and a beautiful daughter-in-law Becky who is married to David. Cindy is the granddaughter of an Assemblies of God minister. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. In their spare time, Cindy and Tim love to relax at the beach and enjoy the sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets, and warm Gulf waters.
Darcey hails from Albert Lea, Minnesota and worked at stations in Albert Lea, MN, Worthington, MN, Midland, MI, and an eight-station network based in Ponca City, OK, before joining the Moody Radio Indiana team. Darcey and his wife, Renae, live in Anderson with their miniature Schnauzer, Walter Joe.

David came to Moody Radio Chattanooga in 2020 as a custodian after serving for decades as a manager at Chattanooga Gas Company. In addition to working at Moody, David is a part-time custodian at Crosspath Church, overseeing their 72,000-square-foot facility. He is also the office manager for River City Security. This year, David and his wife celebrate 48 years of marriage. They have three grown children and David enjoys being "Gramps" to four grandchildren. But mostly, he enjoys riding his Goldwing motorcycle, touring the back roads with no destination. David has served as a deacon and he and his wife are active members of their local church.
Deb currently serves as full-time producer and cohost of Moody Radio's Mornings with Seth and Deb. She has served in various roles at Moody Radio since joining the team shortly after graduating from Wheaton College in 1983. She is an active member of her local church, and Ephesians 3:16-19 is her daily inspirational verse. After 39 years of marriage to her husband Charly, Deb was widowed in 2023. She has three grown children.
Diana is a seasoned and awarded Chicago radio veteran, with several decades behind the mic. She has been a host on the Praise and Worship Channel since it began and currently hosts Saturday and Sunday mornings. Diana is also the Coordinating Producer for Moody Radio Chicago's morning show, Karl and Crew. She is a graduate of the University of Evansville and was blessed to also study in England. Diana is an advocate for orphan care and foster parenting, and her passions include missions in South America, the Chicago Cubs, and her Greek heritage. During her free time, Diana enjoys theater, dance, time with her family, and working on her two features "Let's Di'alogue" and "Mom'ents."

Dodd was born in Lynchburg, Virginia, and lived on the east side of Michigan for most of his childhood. He moved to Grand Rapids to attend college, started his career in radio as a freshman in 1988, and has called West Michigan home ever since!
Dodd has served with several ministries through the years, including His Kids Radio, WCSG, Mission Network News, and ReFrame Media. He took over the role of WGNB station manager after Jack Haveman's retirement in June 2024. Dodd and his wife, Tami, have been married for over 30 years. They love spending time with their growing family and enjoy serving together in radio, music, and church ministry.
Donna has hosted music for Moody Radio since 1988. She lived through the days of placing the needle on the record and loading CDs. Technology has made the hosting less stressful and more restful.
She lives with her husband Tom, retired Chicago Police Department sergeant. After homeschooling her four children, she has more time to spend connecting with her listeners.
Dr. Crawford Loritts is a nationally known Bible speaker, author and is committed to encourage and shape the next generation of leaders. Crawford and his wife Karen have 4 children and 11 grandchildren and live in Georgia.
Gary Chapman, Ph.D. is an author, speaker, and counselor that has a passion for people, and for helping them form lasting relationships. She has more than 25 years of experience across various industries, including financial services, marketing and advertising, and ministry non-profit.
Julie holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership, both from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Mary Washington College. Julie and her husband, Mike, have four adult children and a menagerie of pets.

Dr. Mark Jobe serves as president of Moody Bible Institute and host of Moody Radio's Bold Steps programs. He is the author of Unstuck: Out of Your Cave into Your Call (Moody Publishers). He is also the founding pastor of New Life Community Church, a Chicago-based ministry with 27 locations throughout Chicago. Mark earned a diploma from Moody in 1984, a master's degree from Moody Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in transformational leadership from Bakke Graduate University. A radio personality for nearly three decades, Effie Rolfe is best known as the former host of the No. 1 Sunday morning gospel music program in Chicago. Before radio, she briefly sang with Grammy Award-winning Rev. Milton Brunson & the Thompson Community Singers.
The former Entertainment Columnist for several newspapers and online magazines interviewed major gospel music artists and various celebrities. The Arkansas native has received the Media Mogul and Gospel Trailblazer awards and hosts events, speaks at churches and women's conferences, and is a self-published Author. Harold is the stewardship representative for 88.9 Moody Radio in Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, northern Alabama, and northwest Georgia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia Bible College in 1980. After serving for a few years as a missionary in the Dominican Republic, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree and spent almost 10 years owning and operating two restaurants. Harold then worked as a business consultant with the Small Business Administration in Georgia. He has served in the Stewardship Department at Moody Bible Institute and Moody Radio since 2012. Harold has been an elder in his church and loves to read, play golf, travel, and teach the Bible. He and his wife, Meg, have been married for 30 years and have four daughters, one of whom is a Moody alumna.

Jacob graduated from Middle Tennessee State in 2018 with a BS in Audio Production. His history with music and recording started the same year he gave his life to the Lord, weaving a Christ-centered worldview into many styles and genres. Jacob has served on missions trips and in ministry activities but has always been brought back to serving the kingdom through media. Jacob and his lovely wife, Emilie, make their home in Chattanooga. Jacob loves serving on the air at 88.9 Moody Radio and is blessed daily by the wonderful family of listeners that joins him on the air.

Jamin started in the radio industry as a promotions manager and senior business development manager at K-LOVE and Air1 Radio. In 2017 he came to Moody Radio, bringing innovative solutions and direction. Currently, Jamin holds the position of Director of Business Growth Strategies. His role is integral to realizing the ministry's vision and objectives, focusing intensely on expansion, growth, and influence. He leads the affiliate relations team, ensuring that Moody Radio's message reaches listeners both domestically and around the globe. In addition, he leads the business development team. A six-time state champion girls' basketball coach, Jamin has been married to Katie for 21 years, and they have three children. Janet Parshall Commentary is a program that reflects how a Christian should understand and approach issues such as news and current events from a biblical perspective.
Janet Parshall has been broadcasting from the nation's capital for over two decades. Her passion is to "equip the saints" through intelligent conversation based on biblical truth. When she is not behind her microphone, Janet is speaking across the country on issues impacting Christians. She has authored several books, including her latest, Buyer Beware:Finding Truth in the Marketplace of Ideas. Parshall and her husband, Craig, live in Virginia, and have four children and six grandchildren.
Jason is a 2001 graduate of the University of Northwestern, St. Paul, where he earned degrees in Broadcasting and Bible. He also earned a Master of Divinity in Expository Preaching from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina, in 2012. Jason and Suzy have been married since 2007 and have four children. He enjoys preaching, reading, spending time with family, connecting friends with helpful resources, problem solving and strategic thinking, listening to good story tellers, and laughing at funny stories and good jokes.
Jesse and his wife, Tiffany, have five children ranging in ages from 24 to 9. Jesse began serving as Station Manager at Moody Radio South Florida in February 2020. Previously, Jesse managed KCMH, a Moody Radio affiliate in Mountain Home, AR for five years. Additionally, Jesse has also worked in the financial industry, served in the local church as a Youth Pastor and served as a missionary doing church planting in Albania for two years with Youth with a Mission.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, John received his bachelor of arts in Communications from Moody Bible Institute. After working for Moody Radio in Chicago as technical producer for the morning program and host of Weekend Chicago, he joined the Florida team as a full-time announcer in 2007. Broadcast assignments have included travel to Peru, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Tuscaloosa, Ala. in response to the 2011 tornadoes.
Kurt Goff, co-host of Kurt and Kate Mornings, is a broadcasting veteran with a pastor's heart. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and has more than 30 years of experience anchoring television news and hosting a variety of radio programs around the country. Upbeat and encouraging, Kurt has a passion for connecting people to God. He and his wife, Liz, have two sons.
Jon not only writes, produces, and hosts for Moody Radio, but he speaks and blogs (The Thursday Thought, available at jongauger.com and Facebook). Jon is an award-winning narrator of more than sixty audiobooks. An ordained minister, he regularly preaches at his own-and other churches. Jon also speaks at conferences in the U.S. and international training events, traveling to 37 countries as a journalist or speaker. Gauger has written two books, If I Could Do It All Over Again (Harvest House, 2016) and Kids say the Wisest Things (Moody Publishers, 2019). Jon married the wittiest girl he ever met, Diana. They love camping (trailers, not tents), Mexican food, and out-of-the-way adventures, they have two children and six grandchildren whose antics are often shared on the Praise
Jon Gauger has worked at Moody Radio for more than three decades. In addition to hosting Today in the Word Radio and Moody Presents with Dr. Mark Jobe, Jon produces and hosts The Land and the Book. He writes and produces a weekly commentary, creates special documentaries, and has traveled to more than 35 countries covering stories for Moody Radio and training international broadcasting partners. Jon is the author of If I Could Do It All Over Again and Kids Say the Wisest Things. Jon, his wife, Diana, and their two grown children are all Moody graduates.
Josh grew up in Rockford, Illinois. He's a graduate of Maranatha Baptist Bible College with a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies. He has served as Outreach Pastor and Children's Pastor at Bible Baptist Church in Pinellas Park, FL; Assistant Pastor at Glen Iris Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL; Station Manager for WAY-TV; and was heavily involved with WGIB and WQEM radio. Josh, Lindsay, and daughter Ella, accepted the call to serve the Lord as Moody Radio Florida's Chief Engineer in July, 2019. Josh enjoys helping others, solving problems, and serving the Lord in his local church. Josh's goal is to grow where God has planted him and to be a blessing to those around him.
Meet Josh, the Station Manager of WCRF, who brings years of experience in radio broadcasting to Northeast Ohio. Josh has an impressive background, having worked at Moody Radio Chicago in various leadership roles for almost six years. He has also served as a Program Director and Operations Manager for the network's legendary flagship station, WMBI 90.1 FM, and its Spanish-language counterpart, Radio Moody. Under his leadership, WCRF has actively engaged in numerous community initiatives to promote unity within the body of Christ and connected with local pastors throughout the region to empower churches to serve their communities and spread the gospel far and wide. As a happily married couple for the past 28 years, Josh and his wife Mimi have a daughter, Viannea, a son-in-law, Alex, and a grandson named Soren. Alongside his family, Josh proudly calls Cleveland home, and they are committed to serving Christ through their work at WCRF.
Karen Fletcher: a believer, wife, a mother of three adult children, a Bible teacher, a radio announcer. Born and bred as a radio personality in the Chicagoland area, she has also been Program Director, speaker, teacher. With more than 35 years of experience in television and radio. Ms. Fletcher has been seen and heard on local and the national scale.
In 2020, during the Covid shut-in, she felt a void for children's Bible classes. She started a 30-minute children's Bible class, ‘Everybody ought to Know Who Jesus Is' which was on Facebook 5 days a week. Those classes can still be seen on YouTube.
While she has been heard on many local radio stations in previous years, she can now be heard on Moody Radio's Urban Praise.
She wants everybody to know that she loves God and gospel music.
Originally from East Hartford, Conn., Kate brings years of TV and radio experience to Moody Radio. She attended Boston Conservatory of Music and traveled the country singing before entering into broadcasting. She is the mother of two wonderful daughters and is the grandmother of two of the most delightful grandkids on the planet. Kate's pastimes are reading and writing. She currently spends much of her free time writing a novel she hopes will get all of us thinking about our calling as Christians and the value of human life. Kate's favorite verse is Micah 6:8, "And what does the Lord require of you, to do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with your God."
Kate Bruington is the co-host of Kurt and Kate Mornings, Midday host, and can also be heard on Music for Sunday. Originally from East Hartford, Conn., Kate brings years of TV and radio experience to Moody Radio in Florida. She attended Boston Conservatory of Music and traveled the country singing before entering the broadcasting field. Kate's pastimes are reading and writing, and she currently spends much of her free time writing a novel. She has two daughters and two grandchildren.
Kelli was raised in Muncie, Indiana and began her broadcasting career in 1981 as a part-time news anchor and personality for a local AM/FM radio station. Kelli worked in broadcasting full-time in a number of different secular formats at stations in Fort Wayne, Indiana, St. Louis, Missouri and South Bend, Indiana, before accepting her first position in Christian radio in Elkhart, IN in 1997. Kelli returned to central Indiana after September 11, 2001, where she began working for Moody Radio Indiana. Kelli is the parent of one adult child and enjoys music, reading, photography and watching football.
Born and raised in Indiana, Kelly is a Hoosier at heart. By the late morning, early afternoon, she is having her second cup of coffee to get through the day. And she hopes her husband, Hank, will continue to tolerate it when she purchases yet another plant. Outside of joining you during your mid-morning drive, Kelly works as the Operations Manager of Moody Radio Cleveland.

Ken is originally from the state of Montana, where he was born and raised. Following high school, Ken attended May Technical College where he studied broadcasting. He landed his first radio job at KPRK in Livingston, Mont., where he learned how to do everything in radio and even performed some janitorial duties (with a small staff everybody had to pitch in). Ken has worked all over the country in radio including Montana, Oklahoma, Nebraska (three times), Arizona and Illinois. Ken and his wife, Debbie, were married in 1983 and have four adult children. He came to know the Lord in December 1989, while working at a country station in Oklahoma. He considers it a privilege to serve the Lord in radio and he loves coming to work every day to see how the Lord will move.

Marc was born in Massachusetts but spent 29 years in Minnesota before moving to Florida in July 2022. Having spent the early years of his career in TV news, Marc made the move to radio in 2016, serving as the producer of a program that examined the state of public education in Minnesota. Marc's broadcasting passion to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ was graciously answered when the Lord opened a door for him at Moody Radio Florida. He now serves as the producer of Kurt and Kate Mornings and is thrilled to help Moody Radio listeners take their next steps with Jesus. Marc's favorite bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths." He and his wife, Carolyn, along with their two daughters, Hannah and Abigail, enjoy time at the pool or beach and spending time with the members of their local church plant.

Mercedes is a producer, voiceover artist, podcast host, and radio host. Her career has taken her from an internship in Arkansas, to Virginia, Washington, DC, and all over the world here with The Praise & Worship Channel. Mercedes is an alumni of Liberty University where she has her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Music and Communication and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Non-profit Management.
Mike has served in many roles since starting at WCRF in 1999, including on-air evenings and weekends, and fill-in host for several programs. Mike prayed the "sinner's prayer" at a 1984 Petra concert, officially becoming a Christ-follower, and then becoming a Christian music geek. He started working at several Christian music shows and stations while studying at Kent State University and has continued working at Cleveland area stations ever since. Mike and his wife, Kelly, serve and lead in their local church.
Patrick has been serving at 88.9 Moody Radio since 2016, Patrick Core loves living in the Tennessee Valley. Originally from Folsom, Louisiana, Patrick is a husband and father of three who enjoys the outdoors, fishing, gardening, and any kind of sport. Patrick also enjoys spending time with his family. In addition to serving with 88.9 Moody Radio, Patrick has served at WDEF-TV, The Weather Channel, WALB-TV, and Tri-State Weather Network.
Perry's passion is to know Jesus and make Him known. "I'm all in with Jesus but not all put together. I need Jesus right now as much as I did when I first started following Him!" Perry says. In addition to co-hosting Perry and Shawna Mornings, Perry is a singer, songwriter, recording artist, and advocate for those who haven't yet heard the gospel, especially those in the Muslim world. Born and raised in northern Michigan, he earned a bachelor's degree in Communications and a graduate degree in Cross-Cultural Communications. Perry also serves with Frontiers, a worldwide ministry to Muslims. Perry and his bride, Teresa, call Holland, Michigan home. They have two adult children, Kali and Taylor, Taylor's bride, Bri and Kali's husband, Emory.
Randy served as Director of Donor Communications for Moody Bible Institute from 2004 to 2009 after spending 15 years in Advertising & Communications. He recently rejoined the team at Moody in June of 2022 where he currently serves as Director of Development in addition to his role on the leadership team.
From 2009 to 2022, he has served as VP of Development for Kids Alive International, Partners Worldwide and Partners International.
Randy and his wife, Joy, have been married for 30 years. They have five children, one grandchild and live in Valparaiso, IN. Randy loves vintage motorcycle renovation, Orchids and working out.
Ray Hashley grew up as a missionary kid in Kalamazoo, MI, attended college at Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music, where he majored in Bible and minored in broadcasting. He later earned a ministry and leadership degree from Crossroads Bible College in Indianapolis, IN. He started working in Christian radio in 1980, working at stations in Grand Rapids, Mich., International Falls, Minn., Traverse City, Mich., and Atlanta, Ga before coming to Indiana. Ray and his wife, Wendy have three children and sixteen grandchildren. Ray enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and volunteering as a firefighter and EMT.

Ron is the studio engineer for Mornings with Brian, as well as reporting the news and curating the "More-Ron Moment". He has been in and out of radio since graduating from Geneva College in 1983. Ron is married to Danna and they live in Medina. They have 3 adult children and 4 delightful grandchildren.
Roy Patterson is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Trinity International University. He is the host of Music for Sunday, and Urban Praise. He is a pastor, praise and worship leader, arranger and vocalist. He has led praise and worship internationally and has a strong passion for biblical diversity. Roy served as a youth pastor for 10 years and has provided substance abuse counseling to youth and adults. In January 2011, Roy was appointed station manager for 90.1 FM Moody Radio in Chicago. He was recently appointed as the Special Assistant to the President of Moody Bible Institute for Community Relations. Roy has been married to his wife, Lynette, for over 40 years, and has three children.
Sallee has been taking wonderful care of the St. Petersburg studio and office areas plus the outdoor landscaping for decades. It's a joy to work in the environment she cultivates for us. When not leading a troop of Girl Scouts on adventures, she and her creative husband raise bees and harvest honey.

Scott Thunder is the Station Manager for Moody Radio in Nashville. Scott spent most of the last decade in development work as part of Bible League International, creating and executing national radio fundraising programs. He has extensive cross cultural ministry experience, as well as many writing credits to his name. Scott spent 13 years at KCMS/Seattle, which received the NRB Station Of The Year award in 1994. He spent time in the 1990's programming Morningstar, and the Salem Music Network in Nashville. Over the years, Scott wrote and produced several syndicated radio programs, such as Family Values, Word and Worship Weekly, and the CCM Radio Magazine. He started in Christian radio in 1982 after graduating from Eastern Washington University near Spokane. Scott has five adult children, and resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with his wife Martha.

Seth was born in Lakeland, Florida and earned his BA in English Literature from the University of South Florida. Being raised in a variety of church environments, Seth accepted Jesus as his Savior in January of 1986. Seth and his wife, Kris, married in July of 2000 and have a daughter, Madison. With his curiosity of how money and investment worked, Seth began a career in the financial field and eventually opened his own business, which included a half-hour weekly financial talk radio program. Through this, God began calling Seth into radio, his true talent and passion. As a result, in 2006, Seth sold his business and went into radio full time. God has lead Seth and his family to Wisconsin, Virginia, and now to the Quad Cities of Iowa and Illinois in a journey that has built his faith and strengthened Seth's desire to serve God.

Shannon Renke serves as the Director of Media Marketing for Moody Radio, where her passion for connecting people with compelling content drives brand advocacy and community engagement. With a strong background in social media strategy and campaign management, Shannon leverages data-driven insights and collaborative approaches to create authentic experiences that resonate with audiences. Her leadership skills have resulted in notable successes, including significant increases in engagement and followership across various platforms.
She holds a Communications degree from Hope College and is dedicated to fostering an environment that prioritizes creativity and growth within her team. Outside of work, Shannon cherishes time with her family, hiking with her dog, and embraces opportunities to share her faith.
Shawna has a way of telling stories that create personal connection- to her, to one another, and to God. She has been a homeschool mom, church planter, project lead for a consulting company, and church staff member. Though she's been involved in ministry with her husband (Dan) in Iowa, Arizona, and now Michigan, she was born and raised in Southern California and as they say, "You can take the girl out of California . . ." She is mom to four grown kids (Bryn, Drayson, Eden, and Haven) who no longer need her but humor her anyway. Shawna is passionate about the rhythms we weave into the fabric of our lives to fall more in love with God each day. Healthy foods are her go-to, but she will abandon that whole track in a heartbeat for a homemade cinnamon roll like Grandma used to make.
Steve, a native New Yorker, loves being a part of creating any type of content that has a positive and lasting impact on the lives of others. With a career spanning more than 20 years in the media, entertainment and technology industries, Steve's creative passions for worship and writing, collide with his love for Jesus Christ to form his contribution to the Moody Radio Indiana family. Steve is passionate about ministering to persons affected by trauma, sharing God's relentless grace by encouraging them to persevere in their Christian walk. In addition to his role with Moody Radio Indiana, Steve is a Biblical Counselor in private practice and is a graduate of the College of Biblical Studies, Houston. He is married and has two sons.
Tabi Upton is a speaker, writer, trained counselor, and cohost of the show Mornings with Tom and Tabi on 88.9 FM Moody Radio Chattanooga. She hosts Urban Praise Radio, from 3-5pm CT weekdays. Tabi leads a group of single Christian women called WOW, Women of Wisdom, where she inspires them to enjoy happiness-enhancing activities. She loves to garden, travel, read, and watch foreign films.
Tabi (pronounced "tob-by") Upton graduated from Biola University with a BA in Psychology and from Colorado Christian University with an MA in Counseling. She has worked with families facing all types of life challenges, counseled military children living outside the US, and met with inmates in a local jail. In addition to being a regular guest on local radio stations, her column, Mind Matters, ran in the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 13 years. Tabi loves to laugh and find humor in the everyday moments of life. Most importantly, she is excited to be able to share God's love and encouragement from Scripture with you each morning on 88.9 Moody Radio.
Tom is excited to join the team at Moody Radio Chattanooga. He is a graduate of Rockbridge Seminary and has a BA in Communications from the University of Washington at Tacoma. Tom worked with at-risk teens in Tacoma while serving with Youth for Christ. He has also served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, lead pastor, and previously worked in radio in Washington State. Tom is celebrating 32 years of marriage with his wife, Robyn, and enjoys sports, performing arts, and the recreational game of cornhole. His daily prayer is to be reminded that God can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.
Tom was raised a preacher's kid in West Michigan. He earned a biblical studies diploma from Word of Life Bible Institute, a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast management from Liberty University, and has taken graduate courses at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Since 1983, Tom has served in Christian radio in Virginia, Missouri, Michigan and, since 2004, Moody Radio Indiana. Tom is also an ordained minister. In addition to spending time with his family, Tom loves the outdoors, reading, traveling, gardening and German Shepherds.
Tyree Foster, better known as "Reverend T.Y", is a member of Progressive Life-Giving Word Cathedral under the leadership of Apostle Donald Alford, and he sings faithfully in the church choir. He is also a member of the Stellar Award nominated Pastor Darius Brooks and The Tommies Reunion Choir.
He is the host of "Sending Up the Praise" on Urban Praise Radio from 10 am - 12pm CT weekdays, and "Saturday Gospel Music Brunch" from 12 - 4pm CT
He loves to travel, hanging out with family and friends, singing gospel music, and God's Word. Tyree, an energetic radio personality has worked with Urban Praise since 2017 and is committed to spreading God's Word through the ministry of gospel music. He always encourages listeners to ‘take the Lord everywhere you go!'

Wes Ward, vice president of Moody Radio, is a broadcast media and ministry veteran with extensive experience leading radio stations and other ministries, including leadership roles at KCBI-FM Dallas, FamilyLife, and Revive Our Hearts. Wes is no stranger to Moody Radio, having served as national program director for Moody during the late 1990s.
Wes earned his bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and PR from Midwestern State University and studied in the master's program in Religious Education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Wes and his wife, Carrie, have four adult children and a Great Pyrenees.
