HANDS OF HOPE WALTON

The Hands of Hope Walton Support Group was created in 2016 by parents and teachers that have families and students with disabilities and exceptional needs in Walton County, Georgia, and the surrounding areas. This Family Support Group was established as a parent-run group, whose mission is to provide support, inclusive play, and resources for individuals and families with kids with exceptional needs in our County... Hands of Hope works with families and individuals with disabilities and exceptional needs. Our mission is to work collaboratively with other agencies and our local city and county governments to enhance and change the lives of individuals with extraordinary needs. In doing so, Hands of Hope strives to make a positive, long lasting impact in the community.
