Andreas Schultheis

Andreas Schultheis is the Executive Vice President, Investments at Libra Group, responsible for advancing and supporting Libra's business growth. Before joining Libra Group in 2015, Andreas was Head of the Shipping Division of Berenberg, Gossler & Co. (Berenberg), the oldest owner-managed private bank in Germany and one of the oldest banks in the world. Over his 32 years at the bank, Andreas grew the Shipping Division to the most profitable corporate banking sector. His other roles at Berenberg included senior positions in Commercial Banking, Correspondent Banking (South East Europe and Scandinavia), and Trade Finance. Andreas studied Corporate Banking at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Anita McBride

With service spanning more than 30 years as a White House advisor, chief of staff, public diplomacy advisor and human rights and women's empowerment advocate, the influence of Anita McBride's body of work is recognized in Washington and around the globe. Anita McBride is Executive-in-Residence at the Center for Congressional and Presidential Studies in the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington, D.C. She directs programming and national conferences on the legacies of America's first ladies (the First Ladies Initiative) and their historical influence on politics, policy, and global diplomacy. McBride's White House service spans two decades and three presidential administrations. She previously served as Assistant to President George W. Bush and Chief of Staff to First Lady Laura Bush from 2005 to 2009, directing the staff's work on the wide variety of domestic and global initiatives in which Mrs. Bush was involved. She had primary responsibility for the First Lady's efforts to support US foreign policy objectives in human rights, women's empowerment, global health and human freedom. She served as director of White House Personnel under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush and as director of the U.S. Speaker's Bureau at the United States Information Agency. Also under President George W. Bush, McBride served as a special assistant for White House Management; as senior advisor in the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Organizations and as the State Department's White House liaison. She co-founded the RAND African First Ladies Initiative and Fellowship program, partnering with Africa's first ladies to champion change for health and education, and to train their staff and advisors in strategies for establishing and managing an effective First Lady's office. McBride is an advisor to the George W. Bush Institute and has served as a strategic consultant to several global non-profit organizations including CARE. She is a member of several organizations, including the US Afghan Women's Council and the White House Historical Association, and served for 11 years on the J. Anna Escobedo Cabral

Antonis has nearly 20 years of experience in renewable energy and previously worked for RF Energy S.A. within the development, construction, and operations of onshore and offshore wind, small hydroelectric, and biogas projects. Constantine Logothetis is a non-executive member of Libra Group's Board of Directors. He began his career in the Logothetis family's London-based shipping company, Lomar Shipping, in 2000, where he was a key management team member before becoming the founding Executive Vice Chairman of Libra Group when it was formed in 2003. Constantine stepped down from his executive position in August 2017. Constantine was at the forefront of the Group's diversification from shipping into other asset classes, notably the hospitality, real estate, and renewable energy sectors. Dr. Gunter Dunkel was appointed to Libra Group's Global Advisory Board in January 2023. Dr. Dunkel is currently Non Executive Chairman-European Private Debt of Muzinich&Co as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of Continental AG since 2009. In this role, he advises on the company's material decisions around strategy, business development, risk management and compliance. Dr. Dunkel was previously a member of the Board of the Association of Public Sector Banks, where he served as President of the Board from 2012-2016. Prior to this, Dr. Dunkel served as a Member of the Board of Management, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management, and then Chairman of the Board of Management at Norddeutsche Landesbank. Before that, Emily was a Vice President of Public Affairs at Edelman Public Relations where she led Fortune 50 accounts, including global financial and maritime clients, philanthropies, and trade associations. George Logothetis is the Executive Chairman of Libra Group, a privately owned, global business group with assets and operations in nearly 60 countries. He is based in New York City. At 19, George became CEO of his family's company, Lomar Shipping, which had three vessels at that time. The shipping business was grown into a more modern and diversified 55-vessel fleet over the next 10 years. In 2003, George founded Libra Group at the age of 28. Today, Libra Group encompasses 20 businesses predominately focused on aerospace, renewable energy, maritime, real estate, hospitality, and diversified investments. George is also the Chairman of the Group's sister organization Libra Philanthropies, an independent 501(c)(3) that includes 10 philanthropic initiatives. Previously known as Libra Social Responsibility, Libra Philanthropies' initiatives include social impact programs, strategic giving, and independent non-profits supporting over 25 million people around the world. Ido Aharoni Aronoff joined our Global Advisory Board following a long and illustrious career in public service. Ido Aharoni serves as Global Distinguished Professor for international relations at New York University's Graduate School of Arts and Science. He is a member of the International Advisory Council of APCO Worldwide, a Global Ambassador for Maccabi World Union, Co-Founder of the Genius 100 Visions Community, Chairman of the Charney Forum for New Diplomacy and Chairman of GMFF, one of Israel's leading film funds. Aharoni is a 25-year veteran of Israel's Foreign Service. He is a public diplomacy specialist, founder of the Brand Israel Program and a well-known nation branding practitioner. He has been Israel's longest serving Consul-General in New York and the tristate area to date. He held that position, with the rank of Ambassador, for six years (2010-2016) overseeing the operations of Israel's largest diplomatic mission worldwide. Aharoni was a member of Israel's Foreign Service from 1991 to 2016 and held three overseas positions, all in the USA, in Los Angeles and twice in New York. In the spring of 1993, Aharoni was appointed to serve under then-Foreign Minister Shimon Peres, as policy assistant to Israel's chief negotiator with the Palestinians. In that capacity, Aharoni took part in the back-channel negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians and was a member of Israel's official delegation to the signing ceremony at the White House in September of 1993. Jennifer Kelly

Jennifer Kelly has been a member of Libra Group's Board of Directors since 2007. Lan Cao

Lan Cao is the Chief Representative, China of Libra Group where she serves as the primary liaison for the Group's commercial activities and relationships throughout China. A Chinese national, over the past decade, Lan has helped support the Group's significant investments into China including in the maritime and hospitality sectors. Lan also serves as a senior advisor for LCI, one of Libra Group's aerospace subsidiaries. Prior to joining Libra in 2011, Lan worked in corporate banking and investment banking with roles at Bank of the West and Bank of China International. She is a graduate of New York University Stern Business School where she received an MBA. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Texas.

Manos Kouligkas - CEO

Manos Kouligkas is the Chief Executive Officer of Libra Group. A member of the Group's Leadership Team, Manos is based in New York City. A 11-year veteran of Libra Group, Manos most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lomar Shipping, one of Libra Group's maritime subsidiaries based in London, where for more than a decade, he played an integral role at Lomar during a critical investment period for the company. Between 2009 and 2020, Lomar is known for taking "the biggest bet in shipping history," acquiring 136 ships, including 96 container vessels, leading up to the historic containership boom from 2020-2023. Before joining Lomar, Manos was CFO at Odysea Carriers S.A., a maritime company based in Greece specializing in dry bulk carriers. Manos also oversaw the Legal and Insurance departments at Odysea. Previously, he served in various financial roles at Coca-Cola HBC, a strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company operating in approximately 30 countries and at the time the second largest bottler for Coca-Cola. During his time at Coca-Cola HBC, Manos traveled around the globe, helping to oversee and audit its global operations. Manos began his financial career and training at Ernst & Young in the U.K., where his clients included leading global industrial companies. Manos is part of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) as a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant (FCCA), the highest achievement awarded to ACCA members. María Paula Correa

Based in Miami and Bogotá, Maria sits on the Group's Leadership Team. From 2018-2022, Maria was Chief of Cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia in the government of President Iván Duque Márquez. Previously, Maria worked at Concordia as Senior Director of Strategic Engagement. Before that, she was a Consul at the Colombian consulate in New York and Advisor to the Chief of Staff during President Álvaro Uribe's presidential administration. Maria received an MPA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. She holds a B.A. in Law, with a Political Science concentration from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia. Nicholas M. Logothetis

Nicholas Logothetis is the Vice Chairman of Libra Group and is based in Washington, D.C. He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Concordia, a non-profit organization that seeks to promote and develop public-private partnerships around pressing global issues. An entrepreneur, Nicholas has a long-held interest in politics and international affairs. While attending the Salisbury School in Connecticut, he and Concordia Co-Founder Matthew Swift, conceived and launched an after-school snack business. With $5,000 in seed capital, the business achieved revenues of $350,000 within two years while the two young men were still in high school. This early success attracted media attention from ABC, NBC, and The New York Times. Nicholas later attended the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. During this time, he worked at the Fox News Channel, British Sky Broadcasting, Bryan Cave LLP, Husch Blackwell Sanders, and News Corporation. Nicholas is a member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs London, the National Press Club Washington D.C., and the Overseas Press Club. Nikolaos Baziotis - CIO

Phaedra Chrousos is the Chief Strategy Officer of Libra Group. In this role, Phaedra manages a team responsible for strategy and technological innovation across the Group's global platform and has led the launch of several new business and philanthropic initiatives for the Group. A member of Libra's Leadership Team, Phaedra is based in Washington, D.C. Phaedra previously served as an appointee in the Obama Administration. There, she co-founded the Technology Transformation Service, which is tasked to design and deliver a digital government with and for the American people. She also spearheaded and scaled numerous presidential digital initiatives and co-authored the Modernizing Government Technology Act, which established the federal government's $1B Technology Modernization Fund. Before her tenure in the administration, Phaedra founded and exited two venture-backed technology companies. She began her career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and The World Bank. Phaedra earned a B.A. from Georgetown University, an MSc with distinction from The London School of Economics, and an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School. She currently sits on the boards of several philanthropies, including Libra Philanthropies, Seleni Institute, and the Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation at Georgetown University.

Praveen Vetrivel - CFO

Praveen Vetrivel is the Chief Financial Officer of Libra Group, responsible for advancing Libra's investment strategy across a global, multi-sector portfolio. A member of the Group's Leadership Team, Praveen is based in New York City. A seasoned leader with nearly two decades of financial experience, Praveen was previously the Chief Financial Officer of LCI, one of Libra Group's global aerospace subsidiaries. Over 15 years at LCI, he helped build the company's finance and accounting team, guided mergers and acquisitions, including novel partnerships with BETA Technologies and Elroy Air, and oversaw all financial, planning, and analysis functions. In 2008, Vetrivel joined LCI as a Commercial Analyst and was later promoted to Vice President of Structured Finance. Before LCI, he was at the UK aviation consultancy IBA Group, developing market reports and appraisals for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. Praveen received an Engineering Degree from Madras University and a postgraduate degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University. He is a member of the Forbes CFO Council and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Regina Sheridan

Regina Sheridan is the Executive Vice President, People and Culture of Libra Group, overseeing all recruiting and people operations and supporting a strong corporate culture. She also oversees Libra Group's Global Internship Program. Previously, Regina was the Vice President of Libra Social Responsibility, overseeing Libra Group's global philanthropy, including creating and growing 10 philanthropic initiatives, partnerships with hundreds of organizations, and grantmaking for scale and impact. Libra Social Responsibility today is an independent foundation known as Libra Philanthropies. Before that, Regina was the Executive Director of Concordia. Regina previously worked at a New York financial technology firm and started her career as a Corps Member with Teach for America. Regina interned with Concordia during her graduate studies, returning as a staff member. Regina is a Board Member of Concordia and a City Tutors Advisor Council Member. She holds an M.A. from New York's Columbia University, an M.A. from American University, and a B.A. from Davidson College.

Richard Blaksley

Richard Blaksley is the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Libra Group, responsible for all aspects of risk preparedness and management across the Group. Before joining Libra Group, for over 25 years Richard held senior roles in business intelligence and investigation. This included Kroll, where he managed the company's work in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He was also the Managing Partner at specialist investigative consultancy GPW. Richard has also advised international companies on establishing risk management and formal compliance functions, acting as both an interim and full-time Chief Compliance Officer for a listed oil and gas company active across West Africa. Before joining the private sector, Richard held several positions in the British military and defense sectors. Richard was a Non-Executive Director of CRUX Asset Management and is a Senior Advisor to global investigation consultancy S-RM. Richard attended Westminster School and received Officer Training from RMA Sandhurst.

LCI has signed an agreement with Elroy Air, developer of advanced autonomous cargo aircraft systems, to acquire up to 40 of the company's Chaparral vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft. Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 35% stake in LCI. Additionally, SMFL and Libra Group plan to grow LCI's business by US$1.5 billion over the coming years with significant capital investment by shareholders.
