Adetunji is a member of Legal Resources Alliance Corporate Advisory team. His main practice areas are corporate and commercial law and litigation. Dr. Ayeni has experience in several areas of the law and his competencies include Oil & Gas, Maritime & Shipping, Corporate Law and Real Estate law. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Nigeria Bar Association where he has held several leadership positions to date including : • 2nd Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch; • Member - National Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association; • Member of the Nigerian Council of Legal Education; A highly regarded businessman, Dr. Ayeni also serves on the board of directors of several blue chip companies including as Chairman of Skye Bank Plc and Aso Savings & Loans Plc, respectively. Olatunde Ayeni graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. In 2014 he was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in business administration from Achievers University, Akure. HENRY SANYAOLU

Henry began his legal career as an associate in the oil & gas and corporate & commercial groups of the leading Lagos law firm of Templars Barristers & Solicitors and had brief stint in the Legal department of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Secretariat in Vienna, Austria Henry's experience spans various sectors including project finance, oil & gas - upstream and downstream, international law, general corporate advisory, privatization, Engineering and Technology and Mergers and Acquisition. Henry served as the Legal Advisor of Oando Gas and Power ("OG&P"), the subsidiary of Oando PLC engaged in natural gas distribution, gas distribution infrastructure development, power generation and distribution in Nigeria. As the Legal Adviser of OG&P, he oversaw and co-ordinated all legal, contracting, regulatory and statutory activities of OG&P. He also ensured that the company complied with all statutory laws guiding its businesses and supervised the defence of litigations and Arbitration cases that the company was involved in, including Community Relations and dispute resolution. His notable achievements include the negotiation and development of Power Purchase Agreements for various Independent Power Plants in Nigeria; Gas distribution and transmission Agreements; Engineering Procurement and Construction Agreements for the construction of various pipelines and gas & power facilities; Sale and Acquisition of assets and companies; Right of Way "ROW" acquisition and negotiation of compensation with the various communities along the ROW for a 128km pipeline from Akwa Ibom to Cross Rivers States, amongst others. HON. JUSTICE SOLOMON OLUSOLA HUNPONU-WUSU

Hon. Justice Hunponu-Wusu is an eminent all-around jurist who was called to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1973. He was also made a Notary Public in 1980. He worked in various capacities as counsel before he was elevated to the High Court of Lagos State Judiciary in February 1986 where he moved on to become the pioneer Administrative Judge of the Ikeja Division in 2001. As a judicial officer he has adjudicated on many cases including but not limited to business, commercial, corporate, criminal, constitutional, maritime, intellectual property and land matters. In his capacity as Admin Judge from around 2001/02, he was involved in the setting up of the various court divisions of the High Court of Lagos State which is the busiest judiciary in Nigeria. He has also served as Chairman Election Petition Tribunal, Zamfara State in 1998 where he was involved in adjudicating on various election petitions. Since retiring from the Lagos Judiciary as the Admin Judge, Hon. Justice Hunponu-Wusu has been actively involved as a legal consultant advising companies and law firms on issues such as corporate, commercial disputes, maritime and energy issues. As an active member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, he has arbitrated on complex disputes involving some notable energy companies in addition to their commercial disputes. Hon. Justice Hunponu-Wusu has brought his experience and expertise to the advantage and benefit of the firm.

Mr. Yemi Oshodi is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the firm. He graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University in1986. He received his Certificate in Financial Risk Management from New York University in 1996 and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses. He was the Managing Director of M&A / Special Situations at Vertical Group LLC. He was also the Managing Director of M&A / Special Situations at WallachBeth Capital, LLC since joining in October 2010. He served as Managing Director of Equity Division at Tullett Prebon plc. Mr. Oshodi's expertise in the areas of risk arbitrage and risk management extends back to 1994, when he was selected to serve as Officer-In-Training at BT Alex Brown. Within less than five years, he rose to the rank of Vice President, overseeing a $250 million risk arbitrage portfolio utilizing options and derivative instruments. In 1999, he was recruited by ING Furman-Selz Asset Management (and predecessor subsidiary Bencourt Advisors LLP) to serve as Vice President /Senior Trader overseeing a $1 Billion Risk Arbitrage hedge fund. In 2003, Mr. Oshodi joined Commerzbank Capital Markets as Co-Head Merger Arbitrage and Event Driven Trading where he oversaw a $300 million portfolio focused on opportunistic events. He served as Director/Head of Event Driven Investing, at investment manager Putnam Lovell NBF, where he managed a proprietary trading desk focusing on special situations and merger arbitrage until 2008. He served as Director/Head Trader at Ramius Capital and was responsible for overseeing a group of portfolios with total asset value nearing $1 billion since 2008. In 2010, he served as Managing Director, Risk Arbitrage/Special Situations, at Tullett Prebon, where he managed the entire research effort for this firm's sales/ trading group specializing in event-driven and special situation strategies.

Mrs Abiola Ayeni - CEO

Mrs Abiola Ayeni is a partner and wife of the Principal partner Dr Olatunde Ayeni. She studied at the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye(now Olabisi Onabanjo University) and graduated in 1990 with LL.B Hons degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar Association after attending the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. Mrs Abiola Ayeni co-founded the firm with her husband in 1994 and has since remained a strong pillar to the Legal Practise, she deputises for Dr Ayeni in a Legal Advisory capacity and other aspects of managing the practise. Her core practice areas are: Corporate Law and general Law of Contract. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

MUHAMMAD ALAAYA

Muhammed is the head of the versatile litigation team of Legal Resources Alliance. He is head of the versatile Litigation team of Legal Resources Alliance. He represents and advises local and international companies in the construction and engineering business, petroleum, shipping, banking, energy, telecommunications, real estates and financial services sectors in disputes before various courts and tribunals in Nigeria. Muhammad has extensive trial experience with particular emphasis on real property and commercial law disputes. His practice focus is in commercial law practice and litigation and he has acted in some of the largest commercial arbitrations in Nigeria. Muhammad's responsibilities include overseeing the teams' day to day activities, to evaluate the litigation portfolios of target companies involved in financing, investments, mergers and acquisitions. He is also a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Certified Mediator.
