ISLAMIC HOSPITAL

The Islamic hospital is a medical legacy based on more than half a century of experience, and it will proceed with its work to be a pioneer in providing high quality and safe medical services, and to employ all available resources to be the first choice for the patient and his family... During the Lebanese Civil War (1975-1990) most public institutions - including the State Hospital in Tripoli - were actually not functioning. The Islamic Hospital became the only shelter for the ever increasing number of needy patients from Tripoli and North Lebanon. So in order to increase the number of beds and provide the hospital with all that it requires in terms of medical equipment, the extension of its premises became a must. Many achievements have been realized since then to expand the hospital and include new departments.
