Angela Zheng

Angela has over 10 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in providing strategic tax consulting and tax compliance services to pass-through entities, closely-held private businesses, high net worth individuals and their related entities. She serves clients in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing & distribution, professional services firms and technology industry sectors. Angela has experience advising clients on inbound and outbound transactions as well as repatriation strategies. Angela received her Master of Accountancy from the University of Iowa. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Before joining HKG, Angela was with PWC and mid-tier regional and national firms.

Angie Wilson

Angie has over 23 years of experience in the accounting and finance and has served in leadership roles within public accounting firms and public and private companies. As an audit quality partner Angie provides audit quality and consulting services to her clients. Prior to joining HKG, she served as CFO and VP Controller of a biotech public company and VP Controller of a PE backed company. Prior to these roles, she was an Audit Partner with Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, leading audit teams and other financial engagements for numerous public and private healthcare and biotech companies. Angie has significant experience in both the financial reporting and operational aspects of healthcare organizations as well as strategic planning, analysis of complex business transactions and tax issues, cash management, financial forecasts, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and monitoring, and regulatory and compliance filings. She has significant experience working with high growth (VC/PE backed) companies, IPOs, international accounting (IFRS), debt offerings and mergers & acquisitions. Angie serves as a peer reviewer for CPA firms in California and holds a license to practice in California. She has served on the Board and/or Committees of Self Employment Loan Fund; Southern California Biomedical Association, O&E Workplace Advocates and Union Station Homeless Services. David R. Hinton

David began his financial career with a Pasadena-based CPA firm in 1975, becoming a partner in 1979. In 1982 he became Chief Operating Officer for an international engineering consulting firm. David returned to public accounting in 1988 by starting his own firm, which was merged to become Hinton, Kreditor and Gronroos, LLP in 1995. David's industry experience includes providing services to clients in manufacturing and wholesale distribution, construction and real estate development, professional services, i.e. attorneys, physician groups, architectural firms, etc., and insurance brokerages. David also has substantial experience working with tax exempt entities. Jeffery R. Chase
