The shares of the company are listed on the main market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange as "1834"... 1834 Investments Limited was formed as a result of the March 2016 merger of the media operations of the former Gleaner Company Limited and Radio Jamaica Limited. Having parted with its media operations in that historic merger transaction, The Gleaner Company Limited officially changed its name to 1834 Investments Limited on March 10, 2016.
