In 2019, Cory Allen joined Hybrid Financial as an appointment setter. His responsibilities soon expanded into multiple areas.
As Director of Client Services, Event & Marketing, he is responsible for client services, and marketing, as well as coordinating and scheduling seminars and events.
Each day, Cory enjoys talking to and seeing their awesome clients. Also, he likes the camaraderie of the Hybrid Financial team. Hybrid Financial differs from other financial specialists in that they genuinely care about and have relationships with all of their clients. They look forward to connecting with clients at seminars.
In 2018, he graduated from Texas A&M and joined Hybrid Financial straight out of college.
On his days off, Cory loves working on his and his fiancée's first flip house. Additionally, he looks forward to watching the Texas A&M Aggies college football team.
Cory, his fiancee, and their Goldendoodle dog, Ellie, reside in Saginaw, Texas.
Kristy Jerman joined Hybrid Financial in 2016 initially working in marketing, as well as scheduling and coordinating seminars and client meetings. Her role has expanded to include handling client services, managing new clients and managing paid premium accounts. In her current role, she also manages new business transactions/transfers for new and existing clients. She also handles policy deliveries, reports and analyzes premium production and marketing numbers.
Kristy enjoys the opportunity to interact with the Hybrid Financial team and serve their clients daily. Having the ability to help clients keep their hard-earned money is a great feeling for her. What makes working at Hybrid Financial an enjoyable experience is how the team works well together to help clients as well as meet company goals.
She was originally born and raised in Northern Virginia. She graduated from George Mason University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree. After college, she worked as an intern for Events by Design, which lead to a full-time job soon after. She then moved on to work for SmithBucklin, the world's largest association management company, before moving to Texas in August of 2013.
Prior to joining Hybrid Financial, Kristy worked from home for a year and a half and really missed interacting with people on a daily basis. The work-life balance at Hybrid Financial allowed her to work events and be at home with her family.
People who know her describe her as reliable, caring, funny, sarcastic, and hard-working. Being part of the Hybrid Financial team allows her to give back to the community. They host multiple fundraising and charity events every year. Tarrant Area Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, and The WARM Place are just a few of the organizations they work with and give back to.
When Kristy is not helping clients, she loves to spend time with my husband and kids, Madison (age 8) and Mason (age 4), They also have one cat, named Cora. She also enjoys photography as a hobby and coaching soccer.
Rocky Campbell established Hybrid Financial, LLC, to offer premier retirement services to clients seeking prudent financial solutions to suit their needs. Individuals, families, and business owners comprise their clientele. Rocky's goal is to deliver honest, exceptional customer service, plus be fully accessible in regard to his client's insurance concerns, and financial portfolios.
As an independent, licensed agent, Rocky's first mission is listening to his client's needs, helping them identify their financial goals, and then specifically tailoring financial products that will create plans to accomplish those goals. Hybrid Financials combined education, on-going training, and constant monitoring of current market developments enable Rocky to provide outstanding customer service. Rocky Campbell, a native Texan, relishes a zeal for life, and a strong desire to build lasting relationships. He lives in Weatherford, Texas, with his beautiful wife, Rebecca Campbell, and their three children. He enjoys gardening, deer hunting, sports, travel, and various outdoor interests. Rocky's family raised him to attain highly-principled work ethics, and inspired him to achieve the highest standards in his life.
