Gethin is an experienced professional who has gained significant experience on a diverse range of construction projects with roles that have included the ‘hands- on' management, procurement and using various forms of subcontracts.
With over 20 years' experience in construction, Lee brings considerable and varied industry experience from large scale Internal & External Refurbishment schemes, to full domestic and commercial new build schemes.
Lee ensures that operations are managed efficiently taking the overview as his role dictates but being involved in the detailed issues where required.
Lee is a fluent Welsh speaker and has a track record of successfully delivering projects safely, on time and to budget.

With more than 10 years in the industry, Ynyr Parri, is a young, keen and driven individual with a proven track record of project delivery and a keen eye for detail.
Ynyr's previous experience include working with housing associations and has a wealth of knowledge of affordable housing schemes, including Welsh Government requirements.
Working towards a BSc in Construction Management, Ynyr is currently developing his skills in the business to ensure costs and risks are kept to a minimum whilst ensuring the required legal standards and quality are delivered
