Te Puna Hauora provides Kaupapa Maori a range of community mental health services. We provide support for whanau and individual health and well-being... We provide a wide range of mental health services to children and adolescents from four years old to 18 years of age, which is inclusive of whānau, across the Western Bay of Plenty... We provide community services to adults with mild to moderate mental health needs. We can come to you in your homes, at the marae, at community venues or you can come to us at 139 15 th Avenue, Tauranga.
