As a line pilot for years with various charter companies I have witness first class operations and those that should not be in the business. Sending out aircraft not properly maintained and inexperienced crews should never be an opition. Truly in the world of aviation it is the little things that do matter. For years I've witness pilots not operating the aircraft according to manufactures' recommendations and generally not taking care of the aircraft.
