Mr. Alfaro serves as Wallbox's Chief Business Officer (CBO). Mr. Alfaro has served as Wallbox's Chief Business Officer (CBO) since April 2023. Formerly he was General Manager North America from 2019 to 2023. Mr. Alfaro is an electric vehicle (EV), energy and sustainability expert with more than a decade of experience working in the industry. Mr. Alfaro began his career in public policy roles in California in 2008, developing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs around smart buildings, e-mobility, and emissions reduction. In 2013, Mr. Alfaro joined Tesla to kick off the first ever cross country network of fast-charging stations throughout North America and later managed the rollout of fast-charging and destination charging stations across Southern Europe from Lisbon to Istanbul.

Mr. Castañeda serves as Wallbox's Chief Innovation Officer (CINO). Mr. Castañeda is a Wallbox co-founder and has served as Wallbox's Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) since 2022. Formerly he was Chief Product Officer from 2020 to 2022 and Chief Technology Officer from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Castañeda also served on Wallbox's Board of Directors as a technical director from 2015 to 2020. Prior to Wallbox, Mr. Castañeda served as a track engineer at TPV Racing, a company that introduced telemetry data into real-time motorsports racing teams, from 2005 to 2015. Mr. Castañeda holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona.

Mr. Asunción serves as Wallbox's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director of the board. Mr. Asunción is a Wallbox co-founder and has served as Wallbox's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as a member of the Wallbox board since 2015. Prior to Wallbox, Mr. Asunción served as Program Manager of Charging Installations at Tesla, Inc., an American electric vehicle and clean energy company, from June 2014 to June 2015. Prior to Tesla, Inc., Mr. Asunción worked as an engineer at Applus+ IDIADA, an engineering company providing design, testing, engineering and homologation services to the automotive industry, from July 2011 to June 2014. Mr. Asunción holds an Engineering degree from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (DNF).

Jaume has been Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Wallbox Chargers since December 2021. He joined Wallbox after more than 25 years of experience in Technology and Product Development across the globe, leading high performing teams that develop technology with business sense. Prior to joining Wallbox, Mr. Ferré worked in FICOSA International S.A., a leading Tier-1 global automotive supplier. He held different positions in FICOSA, always in the field of Product and Business development, starting initially in the headquarters, and also taking positions overseas, in India and China as APA Engineering Director. He held simultaneously the roles of Global Product Engineering Director and Business Unit Director for Command and Control Systems and Door and Seat systems. Mr. Ferré received his degree from Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, as an Industrial Engineer (ETSEIB) including the final degree project in Germany, TU Dresden.

Mr. Lainz serves as Wallbox's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Lainz has served as Wallbox's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since March 2019, and served on Wallbox's board of directors from July 2017 to May 2019. Prior to joining Wallbox, Mr. Lainz served as Corporate Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Eurofred Group, distributor of air conditioning and industrial heating systems, from June 2011 to February 2019. Prior to Eurofred Group, Mr. Lainz served as a director and member of the audit committee of Ficosa International SA, an automotive global supplier, from May 1998 to May 2011. Mr. Lainz holds an Economics degree from Universitat de Barcelona and is an auditor in Spain (Censor Jurado de Cuentas).

Mr. Riba serves as Wallbox's Chief Operations Officer (COO). Mr. Riba has served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) since April 2019. Mr. Riba joined Wallbox after nearly 20 years of operational experience at Ficosa, a leading Tier-1 supplier dedicated to the research, development, production of systems and parts for the automotive industry, headquartered in Barcelona. After receiving his degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Mr. Riba joined Ficosa as a Product Engineer, acting as a Project Manager in 1999. Since 1999 he has held various roles such as Project Director & Mexico Engineering Director, Technical Director at Command & Control Division, Project Director for the entire Southern Europe Region, and spent 5 years as Ficosa's General Plant Director from 2014 until 2019. Mr. Riba is a strong operations professional skilled in 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Operations Management, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Management, and Continuous Improvement.
