Burnley Council is thrilled to hear that another group of volunteers; Padiham on Parade, has been awarded The King's Award..... Vision Park is a flagship development owned and operated by Burnley Council and was completed in early 2018. The site offers high quality flexible business space and incorporates a total of 17 units ranging from 825 Sq Ft to 5,500 Sq Ft. The site is ideally situated adjacent to Junction 11 of the M65 motorway whilst also being a short walk to the town centre and all its amenities.
