Danny is currently the Procurement Project Manager for the proposed Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project, a 1.6-mile, fully elevated, automated transit system that will connect passengers from the Metro K Line Downtown Inglewood station to the City of Inglewood's major entertainment and employment destinations including the Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park, and the future Intuit Dome. Danny also works closely with Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and other Trifiletti clients on a variety of projects that range from planning and development to strategic stakeholder engagement.

Ellen Wright

As a Strategic Advisor at Trifiletti Consulting, Ellen works with public and private sector clients focusing on the importance of planning and design within the context of the environmental approval process. Specializing in developing projects by providing clarity on the relationship between scope, schedule, and affordability within the realities of the entitlement process; Ellen has over thirty-five years of experience with the design and planning of projects in the transportation sector. Using a data driven approach, she works with project teams to assess the critical elements of each project and determine the metrics that are needed to develop an appropriately defined project. While at Trifiletti, Ellen has worked on the planning and entitlements for the Inglewood Transit Connector for the City of Inglewood; the United Airlines Terminal B project at Houston Intercontinental Airport, the LAX Cargo Modernization Program; the Zero Emissions Bus Program Master Plan Project, for LA Metro, the Central Mobility Hub for the San Diego Association of Governments, and the Sustainability Planning for the Burbank Glendale Pasadena Airport. Prior to joining Trifiletti, Ellen served as Director of Terminal Planning and Design for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), where she was responsible for establishing and directing the LAX Terminal Planning Group. Ellen and her team developed projects in support of LAWA's strategic vision by prioritizing projects in alignment with financial and business objectives and market demands. She established programmatic and budget criteria for over $5 Billion worth of Terminal and Building Projects as part of a $10 Billion, five-year CIP. Before joining the Airport Authority in 2003 Ellen worked for the Department of Homeland Security on the implementation of post 9/11 security protocols, and as an aviation and transportation consultant serving clients at more than a dozen airports. Ellen is a retired architect and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California and a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Eric Geier

As Senior Project Director at Trifiletti Consulting, Eric draws upon over two decades of experience at the intersection of law and politics. His experiences practicing law, in the public sector, and as a political operative has yielded expertise in permitting, entitlements, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and transportation issues. With a unique understanding of the interplay between the public and private sectors, Eric brings a multi-faceted perspective of the challenges and opportunities that come with governing, a comfort level discussing complicated issues before communities, and experience within the chambers where policy is shaped and implemented. As a land use attorney with clients throughout California, representation of his clients was grounded in researching, interpreting, and understanding the implementation of state law, city codes, and relevant policies, processes, and procedures. Client advocacy required regular, sustained interaction with local governments to ensure projects were entitled and received CEQA approval as expeditiously as possible. Prior to practicing law, Eric worked at Metro, Los Angeles County's transportation agency. As a Community Relations Manager, Eric represented the agency at the grassroots level. In addition to working closely with municipal staff, he developed and maintained relationships with high-profile stakeholders and regularly attended and presented at public forums on behalf of the agency. He also served as a Senior Ethics Officer at Metro, advising Board Members, their staff, and agency personnel on compliance with Metro's stringent ethical requirements as well as difficult conflicts of interest issues. Eric's professional foundation is his experience in politics starting over twenty years ago. Through internships on Capitol Hill and roles on statewide campaigns in Kentucky and Florida, including the Obama campaign in 2008, Eric knows what it means to participate in a collaborative effort, and continues to relish opportunities to be a part of a diverse coalition achieving a common goal. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Eric graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree and subsequently earned a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. Eric is licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Karly Katona - Managing Director

As Managing Director at Trifiletti Consulting, Karly Katona is focused on utilizing her extensive experience in the public sector to support catalytic community development and infrastructure improvements that will benefit the region at-large. With experience in land use, infrastructure, transportation, homelessness and housing policy and projects, as well as civic engagement, Karly brings a strong foundation in effective project management across a broad range of disciplines. Prior to joining the team, Karly served as the Caretaker for Council District 10 and Chief of Staff to Councilmember Mark Ridley-Thomas. In this role, she oversaw all policy, programmatic and operational issues of the Council Office, with a specific focus on advancing community development initiatives. She also led the team's robust response to the homelessness and housing crisis by overseeing various prevention efforts, the establishment of homeless outreach teams, and the siting and construction of new interim, permanent supportive and affordable housing. Prior to her service at the City of Los Angeles, Karly spent over 14 years working for the Second District of the County of Los Angeles, where she was responsible for liaising with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), as well as the Departments of Regional Planning, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, Office of Sustainability, Public Library, Department of Health Services, and the Los Angeles Community Development Authority. At the County, Karly oversaw more than a hundred capital and infrastructure projects, including the creation of the 13-mile Park to Playa Trail, the renovation of the 100-acre Magic Johnson Park, the redevelopment of 4 acres on the intersection of Vermont and Manchester into a public boarding school and mixed-use development, as well as the creation of thousands of units of affordable housing. Karly currently works on a variety of community development, transportation, and affordable housing projects, liaising with both public and private sector clients to advance their goals. Karly holds a bachelor of arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master's degree in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is the Board Secretary of the Coro Southern California Board of Directors, after serving as a Coro Fellow in Los Angeles in 2005/2006. She also serves as Chair of the MLK Health and Wellness Community Development Corporation.

Lisa Trifiletti

On October 1, 2016, Lisa Trifiletti launched her own consulting firm to provide strategic land use, environmental, entitlement, real estate, transportation, project management, and governmental/public outreach consulting for private sector development projects and governmental agencies. Lisa's 20 plus years of experience with complex public infrastructure, transportation projects, and updates of governmental planning documents make her a known expert in the field. Prior to her transition into private consulting, Lisa Trifiletti worked for the City of Los Angeles for 11 years. She led the entitlement of the 340 acres of LAX property without any community opposition and was quickly promoted to LAWA's Deputy Executive Director of Environmental Programs. She was responsible for all environmental planning and engineering, entitlement applications and environmental documents for all proposed projects at LAWA airports and properties, including the LAX Midfield Satellite Concourse, Terminals 1 and 2/3, West Aircraft Maintenance Project, and all other aspects of the LAX Modernization Program. She directed the activities of Environmental Performance, Environmental Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Planning and Engineering, Entitlements, and Environmental Clearances for LAWA's three airports and Palmdale land holdings. In her new role, Ms. Trifiletti oversaw seventy-five professional staff and multiple consultant contracts. In addition to serving as LAWA's Chief Sustainability Officer, Ms. Trifiletti led her division as LAWA's key project manager responsible for inter-agency coordination and championed the coordination with Metro regarding light rail construction projects near LAX. She helped lead the environmental clearance and entitlement approvals for the 6-billion-dollar LAX Landside Access Modernization Program. Since leaving LAWA, she has led the planning, entitlements and program management for the Inglewood Transit Connector Project, securing almost $2 billion in local, state and federal transit funding. She has led major modernization plans for investment in Television City and Radford Studio Center, numerous mixed use and affordable housing and institutional projects in Los Angeles, and currently advises the County of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles World Airports, Burbank Airport, LA Metro and San Diego Association of Governments. These projects demonstrate her ability to understand, coordinate and deliver successful results for complicated interdisciplinary multi-jurisdictional efforts, emphasizing consensus and collaborative planning.

Marco Sanchez

As Project Coordinator, Marco plays a key support role at Trifiletti Consulting working on a wide range of projects as a planning and outreach coordinator. His work on the Inglewood Transit Connector Project, Hackman Capital Partners/Television City, LA Clippers/LA County Parks Foundation partnership, the proposed Centro Westlake Joint Development Project, and the Los Angeles International (LAX) Airport's Residential Sound Insulation Program has allowed him to utilize and hone his skills in project management and coordination. Marco's project support of Hackman Capital Partners focuses on entitlement research, outreach events, and assisting with entitlements and environmental clearances for studio projects at Television City and Radford Studio Center. Additionally, Marco currently manages the LA Clippers/LA County Parks Foundation partnership where he oversees redevelopments and renovations of 60 parks throughout Los Angeles County. Before joining Trifiletti, Marco interned with Neighborhood Legal Services and Kids in Need of Defense where he worked closely with attorneys to provide free housing and immigration legal services. Marco's fluency in Spanish enabled him to connect with clients when language was a barrier. During his internship with First Republic's Trust and Compliance Department, Marco developed and presented workshops on the importance of financial literacy for underserved communities. Marco received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Amherst College with a double major in History and Environmental Studies. He also served as a 2021/2022 Coro Fellow in Public Affairs. Marco is a native Spanish speaker, born and raised in Los Angeles/Whittier, and currently lives in Pasadena.

Marietta Torriente

Marietta is the Associate Director of Communications and Outreach at Trifiletti Consulting. She manages all aspects of the firm's marketing and website content, drafts procurement and proposal materials, and helps create and implement community outreach campaigns. She is currently leading outreach efforts for the Los Angeles International (LAX) Airport Residential Sound Insulation Program, and in the Westlake/MacArthur Park neighborhood on behalf of a proposed transit-oriented joint development project with LA Metro, and she supports the firm's advocacy and communications efforts for the Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project.

Mark Davis

As a Senior Project Manager with Trifiletti, Mark manages Plan Check Submittals and Review, as well as Community Outreach efforts for Trifiletti. Mark is an experienced project manager with a broad range of skills honed through years of successful City Department engagement and permit expediting, community outreach, and stakeholder management on highly complex projects. Mark is adept at assessing the nature of community issues, recommending and implementing the appropriate educational methods, whether high-tech or personal contact, which will most effectively communicate project messages and generate support. Working for both government and private sector clients, Mark understands the need to carefully and transparently communicate information to concerned communities and to ensure that facts are conveyed timely, comprehensively, and with sensitivity to local issues. Prior to joining Trifiletti, Mark has helped to advise on communication strategies for private development projects such as the Certified LEED Platinum Century City Center, the transit oriented Martin Expo Town Center in West Los Angeles, the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica, One Beverly Hills, L'Ermitage of Beverly Hills, il Villaggio Toscano in Sherman Oaks, CA, One Paseo in Carmel Valley, CA, and the Southern California Flower Market redevelopment project. Mark has also helped manage field programs for various political campaigns, including Councilmember Paul Koretz's re-election campaign in 2017. Over the last five years, Mark has focused on rounding out the full city service spectrum through Plan Check expediting for commercial, restaurant, mixed-use, and hillside residential developments. In this role he has established a strong understanding of City Departmental requirements, processes, and code troubleshooting. Maurice Goldstein

Part of his portfolio includes economic and workforce development initiatives for the proposed 1.6 mile, billion-dollar Inglewood Transit Connector Project, a fully elevated, automated transit system that will connect passengers from the Metro K Line Downtown Inglewood station to the City of Inglewood's major entertainment and employment destinations including the Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park, and the future Intuit Dome. Prior to joining our team, Maurice served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the New York City Mayor's Office of Operations where he managed the project performance of a portfolio of cross-agency initiatives, representing a funding commitment of over $1B, aimed at reducing race, gender and income inequality in NYC, and responding to the COIVD-19 pandemic. During COVID he served as the Vaccine Command Center's Branch Chief for Staffing where he ran a $50 million program staffing Health Department-run vaccine sites and outreach programs with 1,200+ contracted workers to meet evolving vaccine-demand. He project-managed a multimillion-dollar effort to build 32 brick-and-mortar COVID diagnostic testing sites in two months adding 12K tests/day capacity by coordinating with the City's construction agencies to identify and assess sites, plan launch timing, and negotiating use agreements. Maurice's expertise spans across a variety policy-areas and initiates. His other projects have included managing a 30-point plan to reduce regulation for small businesses, launching a pilot program to upgrade basement apartments, as well as assessment and turnaround efforts for a variety of mental health-focused programs. He has also held the position of Director of Business Strategy at the NYC Department of Small Business Services. A native of Los Angeles, Maurice received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Brandeis University with high honors and Summa Cum Laude, and is a New York City Coro Fellow alumnus.

Omar Pulido

As Senior Project Director at Trifiletti Consulting, Omar Pulido utilizes his experience in securing funding grants, entitlements, environmental clearances and building permits for transportation infrastructure and public/private sector development projects to provide effective project management services to Trifiletti Consulting's clients. Omar's experience includes leading the state and federal grant writing teams for the Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project resulting in awards of over $500 million from the California State Transportation Agency's Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP), and the U.S. Department of Transportation's Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) discretionary grant program. Omar also led the environmental team's completion of the Project's CEQA and NEPA environmental clearances and continues to assist with overall project management efforts. Omar also provides project management support services to Hackman Capital Partners focused on securing entitlements and environmental clearances for the redevelopment of their studio properties. In addition, Omar provided entitlement, environmental clearance and permit expediting services for the Vermont Manchester Project, and provides entitlement and permit expediting services for public and private sector clients throughout Los Angeles County including Occidental College. Prior to joining Trifiletti Consulting, Omar served as LAX Community Liaison and Senior Advisor to Los Angeles City Councilmember Mike Bonin. As part of this work, Omar advised on all LAX-related initiatives including the LAX Landside Access Modernization Program, the LAX Northside Project, and any constituent concerns arising from airport operations. Omar staffed the Innovation, Grants, Technology, Commerce and Trade Committee and helped craft and adopt a landmark settlement agreement between the City of Los Angeles and the Alliance for a Regional Solution to Airport Congestion, allowing the City to move forward with critical multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects at LAX. Omar received his undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a Minor in Geographic Information Systems from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Tami is the Program Manager for the real estate and right of way acquisition and relocation program for the proposed 1.6 mile, $1+ billion Inglewood Transit Connector Project, a fully elevated, automated people mover system that will connect passengers from the Metro K Line's Downtown Inglewood transit station to key destinations in the City including Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium, Hollywood Park , and the future Intuit Dome. She also manages air quality compliance and sustainability projects for the Hollywood Burbank Airport. Prior to joining Trifiletti, Tami was the Director of Environmental Sustainability and Compliance for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) - the owner and operator of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys General Aviation Airport (VNY). In that role, Tami managed LAWA's award-winning sustainability program, noise mitigation program, and environmental regulatory compliance program with an emphasis on development of policies and programs to reduce the airports' environmental impact. Under Tami's stewardship, LAWA developed and committed to aggressive sustainability goals in the 2019 Sustainability Action Plan including, carbon neutrality by 2045, phasing out plastic water bottles at LAX and VNY, and 100% zero-emission airport bus fleet by 2030. Tami and her team at LAWA also negotiated a ground-breaking memorandum of understanding with the South Coast Air Quality Management District to voluntarily reduce criteria pollutant emissions from airport operations, including continuation of LAX's ground support equipment (GSE) emissions reduction program that has reduced emissions from GSE by more than 45% since 2015. Tami received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.

Velma Carr Marshall

Velma serves as Real Estate Advisor at Trifiletti for the Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project. In this capacity, she assists with oversight in defining properties required by the ITC Project, assists the Project team in understanding the nature and degree of acquisitions, and advises regarding the implementation of property acquisitions to meet the Project schedule. She also provides assistance in the review of property title reports, reviews and advises regarding property impact reports, appraisals, and offer packages prepared by real estate consultants. Velma also advises the Project regarding local, state, and federal regulations governing the acquisition of real property for public projects. Prior to joining Trifiletti, Velma served as Deputy Executive Officer of Real Estate at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro). Velma and her staff were responsible for acquiring all of the real estate needed for the multi-billion dollar heavy and light rail transit systems that currently operate in the County of Los Angeles. Metro projects included the B Line (Red), D Line (Purple), A Line (Blue), C Line (Green), E Line (Gold) Extension, the G Line (Orange) Metro Liner bus, the K Line (Exposition Light Rail projects I and II), the K Line (Crenshaw/LAX), the Regional Connector Project, and the Westside D Line (Purple) Extension projects I and II. In her career, Velma has been responsible for the acquisition of over 5,000 properties and played an integral role in the development of the Metro Headquarters Building at Union Station. Velma received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Education from Clark College in Atlanta, Georgia (now Clark-Atlanta University) and her Juris Doctor degree from Atlanta Law School. She is an inactive member of the State Bar of Georgia.
