SOUGHBRIDGE MILL

This former cotton weaving mill has an established tradition of precision engineering. From 1940 to 1945 the then Rover Company, relocating from Coventry, chose Soughbridge Mill and its local workforce to refurbish and manufacture piston aero engines. From 1946 the Mill saw the production of Bristol Tractors. One unit still uses Bristol House as part of it's postal address... Precision engineering continues to be represented today by the aerospace and motor repair industries. Craft based industries include bespoke furniture manufacture, photography and trophy production and sales... Letting of business units on flexible terms; workshops, offices and storage.
