Boikanyo is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, completed a Course in Anti Corruption and Commercial Crime Investigations and has also successfully completed the course: FTK Bootcamp (Access Data) USA. By background, Boikanyo has a significant experience on a wide range of forensic audit work. He continues to have significant involvement with a wide range of clients. Mogomotsi Boikanyo is the Founder of Sedupe and Metja. He is also the Director forensic services and has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors having lead multidisciplinary teams in various projects. Mogomotsi Boikanyo has presented reports to various boards and Premiers including conducting investigations and reporting to various board committees.

Sylvester Nakeli serves as the Director of Internal Audit and Advisory services. He has a combined 20 years' experience in Forensic auditing and investigation, Internal audit, SCM review audit, Probity audit , Data analysis, ICT auditing, Compliance auditing, AFS quality reviews and Enterprise risk management services. The acquired experience emanates from of both the private and public sector. The private sector consists of financial institutions, automotive retail, and logistics industry. Whereas an experience gained in the public sector emanates from services provided to the State-Owned Entities, National, Provincial and Local Government.
