Morgan's Motor Engineers was established in 1947 by Terry Morgan, and is still trading today after over 70 years of service to the motorist, the earlier years being established engine re conditioners, and well known Austin Seven specialists. Today, the company is still family run, and offers M.O.T. testing, and quality repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles. Older vehicles as well as new ones are catered for... Founded in 1947 by Terry Morgan, an Aircraft Fitter/Technician in the Middle East, during Wartime Service, they were one of the first Garages to be approved by the Ministry of Transport to inspect vehicles when the Mandatory M.O.T. Test was introduced from the 12th September 1960. His son, Keith, joined the Firm on leaving school and obtained his City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Mechanics at the Norwich City College and Rural Industries Bureau Awards.
