→ Responsible for a part of a dwelling where that part is solely used for business purposes... Our Fire Risk Assessor will complete an introductory meeting with the person responsible for your health and safety procedures within the premises. The responsible person will be required to provide information on the access, layout and day to day operation of the premises. Our assessor will explain the requirements of the visit and request any available information that is available to the responsible person. This information will include documentation, emergency procedures, safety records, insurance details and present company safety procedures... In October 2006, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into effect and replaced many sections of the fire safety law.
