LENORA THOM MUSIC STUDIO

Lenora is a frequent guest conductor and musical director for choral, orchestral, and theatre groups throughout WNC. She maintains an active vocal, piano and conducting studio, now based in Lake Lure, and finds time for musical arranging and for recital and cabaret work as well. Ms. Thom is currently the organist at the Fairfield Mountains Chapel in Lake Lure... Lenora has worked with many of Asheville's artistic organizations, serving as Assistant Conductor for the Asheville Symphony Orchestra, Musical and Vocal Director for the Flat Rock Playhouse, Chorus Master for the Asheville Lyric Opera, and Music Director for the Asheville and Hendersonville Community Theatres. For over 10 years, Ms. Thom held the post of Music Director of both the Asheville Choral Society and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Asheville.
