LATITUDE 43.6

Several years ago, a nearby cottage owner asked if I would consider acting as their rental manager. It was a successful venture for both of us, and thus Latitude 43.6 LLC was born... I have spent all but one of my 64 summers at my family's Little Point Sable cottage. I am a fourth generation "Pointer," and no matter where I have lived in the world, my little cottage on Lake Michigan has always been home... I currently handle the rentals of several properties along Lake Michigan, between Silver and Stony Lakes. I don't want to get too "big" as I like to offer personalized service to both cottage owners and renters.
