We are the sole manufacturer for Potius Building Systems, assembling Floor, Wall and Roof panels and long spanning Box Beams and we also produce precut LVL Post, Beam and Truss components... we can produce anything from a bare "stick" frame to fully clad and/or lined preprimed and pre insulated "SIP" type POTIUS panels... we can provide input at the design phase to maximise the benefits of prefab and then create shop drawings and other documents to assist in consenting.
