KEY PROPERTY GROUP - Key Persons
Ajay Patel, is the CEO and sole principal of Key Property Group, and brings to the company more than 15 years of experience to the company. Mr. Patel has since owned and operated over 20 commercial properties including limited service hotels, a full service hotel, residential, retail, medical and warehouse spaces. Ajay graduated from the University of Florida in the year 2000 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics with honors. He went on to work for Jones-Lang LaSalle in their hotels brokerage department. He has also been on a number of boards, including Econo Lodge Advisory Board, Red Roof Advisory Board, and AAHOA Young professional Committee. Ajay currently resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife Seema A. Patel and three kids.

Brian Adams developed his technical skills working in the IT field for a number of years. After attending NJIT in New Jersey, he obtained a certificate as a Microsoft Certified Professional for computer networking and also developed skills in writing HTML. Brian became a part of Key Hotel Group in 2012 and manages the IT department for all of the properties. He also assists with marketing and leasing.

Keisha Adams joined Key Hotel Group in 2012. Raised in Princeton, New Jersey, she developed her customer service skills in the banking industry and later working for Johnson & Johnson. Keisha moved to Florida in 2002 and since has lent her abilities to working in property management. Currently, she works as a general manager for the properties, works in payroll, accounts receivables and payables, marketing and leasing.
Seema Patel joined Key Property Group in 2009 after her marriage to Ajay Patel. Prior to which she was working as an optometrist in New York. She graduated from the University of Albany in the year 2004 earning a Bachelor of Science Degree. She then went on to earn a Doctor of Optometry from SUNY College of Optometry in New York, New York in 2007. Ajay and Seema made their first residential real estate investment in August of 2010. Since then they have went on to invest in over 30,000 square feet of commercial real estate and one hotel property. Being a mother of three, she currently assists Ajay and is responsible for all the accounts receivables and payables for all the properties.

Shawna Hubert has been active in the hospitality industry since 2000. Working her way up from front desk agent to operational manager. She joined Key Property group in May of 2012. Mother of five, working full time in operations of key hotel properties and going to school part-time. Seeking to get her Bachelor of Science in Business/Concentration in Management. She is a loyal employee that works well with building teams on the property, coaching staff and assisting managers. Shawna is responsible for revenue management and operations of properties.
