Amanda Devonish - Chief Legal Officer, Secretary

Amanda joined Epic Energy in February 2024 as General Counsel and Company Secretary and has responsibility for the Legal, Regulatory and Company Secretarial functions.
Amanda has more than 20 years' experience in commercial and corporate legal practice in Australia and the Middle East in both in-house and private practice roles.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Clive D'Cruz was appointed Chief Executive Officer in December 2012, after almost a decade in senior operational roles at Epic Energy.
With more than 20 years experience in the energy and oil and gas sector, Clive previously held management roles at Origin Energy, in both the distribution and transmission businesses. He was also involved with various pipeline construction projects during his tenure with Origin.
Clive holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Adelaide and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Ralph joined the Epic Energy Board as director and Chair on 1 March 2023.
Ralph has broad and deep experience in electricity and gas businesses, mining, commodities trading, the management of large scale system operations at a national level and the delivery of major infrastructure projects. He provides strategic advice to large businesses regarding governance, complex regulatory frameworks, risk management and development of responses to climate change. Ralph also brings international experience from roles in Switzerland, Canada and as CEO of Transpower New Zealand Ltd.
Ralph is currently the independent non-executive chair of Genex Power Limited (ASX:GNX). Ralph was previously a NED of AusNet Services, independent NED of Senex Energy and Chair of Stanwell Corporation, Ergon Energy Corporation, Tully Sugar and Deputy Chair of Arrow Energy Limited.

James was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2019 and has responsibility for Finance, Treasury, Tax and Risk Management. He joined Epic as Financial Controller in 2013.
James has over 20 years experience in finance in the energy infrastructure and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Epic, he held a number of roles at Barclays PLC and started his career with KPMG in London.
James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Birmingham.

Josh is the General Manager Asset Management, overseeing a team of Engineers and Maintenance Officers who manage Epic Energy's assets across the growing portfolio of Pipeline and Power Assets.
Josh joined Epic Energy in 2009 and has performed multiple roles in the Engineering, Maintenance and Control Room across assets and facilities in SA, VIC, QLD and WA.
Prior to joining Epic, Josh worked in engineering consulting services, where he gained a wide range of experience across operational, manufacturing and project management roles in oil, gas and defence projects in Australia and the UK.
Josh is a Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of South Australia.

Lauren joined Epic Energy in March 2022 in the position of Engineering Manager, and in November 2023 was appointed to the newly created position of General Manager, Market Operations and Technology. Lauren is responsible for overseeing Epic's asset and market-based control room operations, together with information and communications technology.
Lauren has over 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry having held engineering roles previously with Cooper Energy and Santos.
Lauren holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Queensland and is a Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia.

Richard has been involved in the energy industry since 2001. He has broad knowledge and experience of energy markets and operations.
Richard was Chief Executive Officer of Stanwell Corporation Limited, a significant energy business in Queensland, for 9 years and prior to that was Chief Financial Officer.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant by profession and was a partner with Deloitte, Zimbabwe. He also spent three years with Anglo American Zimbabwe, which held a diverse range of mining and manufacturing interests.
Richard has served as non-executive Director on the board of the Australian Energy Council which represents generation and retail energy businesses in Australia.

Shirley joined the Epic Energy Board in December 2019 as an Alternate Director and on 14 December 2020 was appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
Shirley is currently a Senior Advisor in the Global Infrastructure team specialising in asset management at QIC, the investment manager of QSuper's ownership holding in Epic Energy. Shirley joined QIC in June 2018 and is involved in asset management activities across the Global Infrastructure portfolio assets. Shirley's functional experience encompasses business transformation, acquisition business transitions, organisational and cultural change, with a strong emphasis on corporate governance, compliance, health and safety and risk management. Prior to joining QIC, Shirley held a number of senior roles at Origin Energy, Enzen Australia, ConnectEast (Eastlink) and was Chief Operating Officer at Queensland Motorways (now part of Linkt Brisbane).
Shirley has over 35 years of professional experience across a diverse range of industries including energy and utilities, transport, retail, and banking and finance. She currently serves as an Alternate Director of the North Western Roads Group; the Port of Brisbane Group and the Sea Swift Group.
Shirley holds a Master of Practising Accounting from Monash University, a Post Graduate in Finance from RMIT and is a graduate of the Senior Executive Management Program from Columbia University, New York.

Stephen joined Epic Energy in August 2017 as General Manager Business Development responsible for all Business Development and growth initiatives of the organisation with the role expanded in 2021 to capture co-ordination of corporate strategy development.
Stephen has over 20 years experience in senior commercial and business development roles in the energy industry encompassing acquisitions & divestments, business development, commercial and commercial operations roles.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA) and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
In a career spanning 30 years, in Australia and overseas, Sylvia has led transformational business change in a range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, finance, funds management, transport and government and has a deep understanding of strategy development and execution, change management, M&A, synergy realization, public market finance, capital markets, capital allocation, the financial markets, treasury, tax and investor relations.
Sylvia sits on multiple Boards & holds formal legal Qualifications from University of NSW.

Tom is the General Manager, Major Projects Delivery, with responsibility for execution of Epic's strategic project portfolio. He joined Epic as Engineering Manager in 2010 and has held various management roles encompassing Operations, Information Technology and Business Improvement.
Prior to joining Epic, Tom worked in engineering consulting services, where he gained a wide range of experience across technical and project management roles in oil and gas, energy infrastructure, water and civil construction projects in Australia and the UK.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Environmental) and a Bachelor of Arts, and is currently studying a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Adelaide.
