Alex Carpenter is a Lead Analyst for Delve. Before coming to Delve, Alex served as War Room Director for America Rising throughout the 2018 cycle and worked as a State Policy Associate at Americans for Tax Reform. He attended Hope College in Holland, Michigan, double majoring in English Literature and Political Science.

Jeff Berkowitz is the founder and CEO of Washington's preeminent competitive intelligence and risk advisory firm, Delve. Delve helps heavily regulated and highly scrutinized sectors − including energy and utilities, life sciences, financial services and beyond − anticipate and mitigate public affairs challenges.
Recognized by POLITICO as an "opposition research and policy ace" and "one of the best-known policy and opposition researchers in D.C." by The Daily Beast, Berkowitz previously served as the Research Director of the Republican National Committee (RNC), where he served three tours under four chairmen across five election cycles. At the RNC, Berkowitz helped to craft the GOP response to current events and long-term initiatives, ranging from Supreme Court nominations to Obamacare to the Dodd-Frank financial regulations.
Berkowitz also served on staff or advised on five major presidential campaigns and has shepherded research and messaging operations at The White House, the U.S. Department of State, and several prominent private sector and non-profit organizations.
As a member of the Forbes Business Council and a leader in the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Berkowitz provides both commentary and guidance to businesses and industries of all sizes. He also sits on the board of the America's Future Foundation, a nationwide network fostering the next generation of liberty-minded leaders.

Jon joined Delve after working at a risk advisory firm, where he performed background and social media investigations on domestic and international subjects as well as risk analysis. He holds a bachelor's degree from Portland State University and Master of Arts degrees from both Villanova University and George Fox University.
Kennedy is a Senior Research Analyst at Delve. He previously worked at the Georgia Public Policy Foundation as a Donor Relations Manager, working closely with its president and CEO to expand their fundraising efforts. His internships included stints at the Alabama Policy Institute, with an Alabama State Representative, and for a healthcare education and management company. Kennedy graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a minor in French.

As External Relations Coordinator, Kevin grows Delve's robust presence within the public affairs and government relations community by connecting prospective clients and strategic partners with Delve's industry-changing service offerings. He also works to develop business development strategies and market Delve as D.C.'s top competitive intelligence and risk advisory firm. Most recently, Kevin worked in political fundraising in both PAC and individual raising, and has also served as the Development Fellow at the Meridian International Center, interned with the Rumsfeld Foundation, the U.S. House of Representatives, and was a Turf Coordinator for a statewide campaign in Virginia.
Kyle is a Research Manager at Delve. He previously worked as speechwriter to Secretary of Labor Eugene Scalia and as communications director to Congressman Ken Buck. He was also the research director on two statewide political campaigns and spent time living and working in Latin America. Kyle received a B.A. in political science from Stanford University and an M.A. in international relations from the University of Chicago, where his studies focused on geopolitical forecasting, political economy, and quantitative analysis.
Rob is a Research Analyst at Delve, having successfully completed Delve's associate program in summer 2023, a rigorous three-month training to learn Delve's competitive intelligence services and tools and hone analytical skills. Prior to working at Delve, he interned with a New Jersey-based consulting and research firm, a news organization, and political campaigns. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.

As Research Director at Delve, Sean oversees our team of skilled analysts in producing in-depth, actionable insights that empower client decision-making. Sean spent three election cycles on the research team for a national party committee and prior to that, spent nine years building an in-depth understanding of the policy impacts on business while handling state regulatory and legislative affairs at a major trade association. At the beginning of his time in Washington, he served as a Political Liaison for the Speaker of the U.S. House.
