Our Community is unique for its brick homes and design features modeled after German Village in Columbus, Ohio. Our Homeowners take pride in a neighborhood that recalls a simpler time of front porch visits and knowing your neighbors. Our Community is surrounded by green space and we pay special attention to maintaining our homes and surrounding Common Areas for the comfortable enjoyment of our Homeowners... We are a homeowners association managed and directed by official documents registered in the county recorder's office, according to state laws, which are upheld by judicial rulings, and agreed to by individual owners as a part of each property deed.
