I started in the construction industry 20 years ago as a Shopfitter and Joiner down on the central coast of NSW. My family relocated to the Gold Coast and I joined the CPS family in 2022. I thoroughly enjoy working for a family owned and operated business, and the opportunity I have had to grow within the business. My experience has given me a great understanding of the needs and challenges different clients face.
I met Luke while completing projects for Zarraffas and joined CPS as General Manager in 2014. With extensive experience in the building industry and a focus on F&B fitouts, I have dedicated significant time to building strong, lasting relationships with my clients. I am a strong believer in delivering value and maintaining a client-focused approach and am proud of CPS's commitment to professional excellence and client satisfaction.
I started CPS in 2014 because I wanted to build a team of great people creating amazing outcomes for our clients.
Following my experience in managing and delivering fitouts nationally for Zarraffas and Zambreros, I have a keen understanding of client needs and am committed to building relationships that last. I value the opportunity to work with our clients from the start of their project, ensuring buildability, value for money and innovation.
I love to catch an early morning wave before heading to the office to start work, and weekends are reserved for dad duties and family time.
I began my career in the signage business where I gained valuable experience in design and project management. I joined the CPS team in 2021 where I have overseen various aspects of business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and smooth workflow across projects implementing new strategies to achieve company goals. Now, with years of hands-on experience in both fields, I bring a unique perspective to construction projects, blending my background in signage with a deep understanding of building and development.
When I'm not at work, I'm coaching my son's cricket team, playing the drums and enjoying long lunches with my wife.
My business experience in retail and fitness management means I bring something different to the CPS team. And with a background in retail, I have a unique view of our clients' requirements. I joined the team in 2021 and love working with the boys on all of our projects while managing the office and looking after the back end.
When I'm not at work I'm at the beach, walking, swimming, and generally enjoying the amazing Gold Coast lifestyle.
