Dr. Brian Gallagher is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Dr.Gallagher is a senior staff member at Einstein Hospital, and maintains an active practice. He specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to working with adults and adolescents facing clinical problems he has expertise in addressing the psychological needs of athletes. He received specialized training as a Clinical Sport Psychologist and has worked with both amateur, collegiate and elite level athletes and teams. His research in the areas of sport psychology and psychological assessment was published in peer review journals and has been presented at national conferences.
His interest in sport psychology stems from his experience as track and field athlete. He ran for Sterling High School in New Jersey, came out of high school with prs of 4:18 and 1:57 for the 1600 and 800 meters. He went on to La Salle University where he became a Division I All-American in the Outdoor 1500m in 1998 NCAA Championships. He has ran 3:59.9 for the mile.

Kelly is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with a passion for educating and empowering others to maximize their performance and health. As a speaker, consultant, and nutrition coach, her expertise lies in performance nutrition, fitness club wellness programming, and corporate wellness. Kelly has been a faculty member at Bucks County Community College since 2010 where, in addition to teaching, she co-created the Exercise Science transfer studies program.
Kelly earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science at the University of Connecticut where she also obtained a minor in Exercise Science. While there she competed on the Division I swim team. Kelly completed the dietetic internship program at the University at Buffalo where she also earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition with a concentration in Exercise Science. She created the University's sports nutrition program while there, working with the division I football, basketball, track and field, tennis and swim teams, and her thesis research studied the relationship between exercise and food choices.
In addition to her work interests, Kelly enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, competing in running races and triathlons, and practicing yoga.

Matt Gosselin is an assistant coach and the recruiting coordinator at La Salle University. Matt works with the distance and middle distance runners developing individualized training plans. He spent the 2015-16 season as an assistant coach at Binghamton University. During his year at Binghamton, the Bearcat men's cross country and men's outdoor track team each finished third at the America East Championship, while the men's indoor track squad finished second. Indoors, the Bearcats went one-two in the 800m and also had the runner-up in the mile. Outdoors, Binghamton had the 1,500m conference champion and the runner-up in the 5000m. Matt also coached two NCAA Regional qualifiers during the outdoor season at Binghamton, with Jesse Garn receiving honorable mention All-America honors in the 800m. Garn was also a U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier and now competes for the New Jersey-New York Track Club, with a personal bests of 1:46.98 in the 800 meters and 3:59.37 in the mile.
Matt earned 12 varsity letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at Gonzaga University. He was a middle distance runner that ended his career among the top 10 for the Bulldogs in both the indoor and outdoor 800m and the outdoor 1,500m. He graduated in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in human physiology. Since graduating, Matt has continued to run competitively and was the 2012 Spokane Half Marathon champion and the 2013 Wenatchee Marathon champion. Matt earned his Endurance Specialist Certification from the USTFCCCA Coaching Academy in 2014 as well as his USATF level I coaching certification.

Robin Martin is the founder and owner of Pinnacle Performance. Robin is widely recognized as one of the areas top track and field coaches, and he has worked with high school, college, and professional athletes. Robin served most recently as a Head Track and Field coach at his alma mater the University of Pennsylvania. During his 8-year tenure at Penn, Robin coached athletes specializing in running events from 100m dash to the steeplechase. Robin worked with and mentored 14 All-Americans, 5 USA Championship qualifiers, 6 Penn Relays Champions, and 30 Ivy League Champions.
As an athlete, Martin was a 9-time high school state champion in events ranging from the 400 to a state championship in Cross Country. As a collegiate, Robin was a two-time All-American, and 11-time Ivy League Champion from 1996-2000 as a Penn Quaker. He was third at the NCAA Championships as a junior in the 800 meters, and a world junior champion in the 4x400 relay.
Robin is USATF Level 1 and Level 2 Certified in Distance and Throws, and USTFCCCA Level 2 Certified in Sprints and Jumps. He is currently completeing the USTFCCCA Level 3 Certification, the top certification in the country, in sprints.
