Be Pilates is a contemporary Pilates studio located at the Lido Medical Centre in Jersey, Channel Islands. We offer friendly and professional instruction to clients of all abilities through our focused sessions,using both apparatus/equipment and mat techniques... We very much believe that you should experience the benefits of our classes before committing which is why we offer an initial introductory 30min private session for £50.00. We will assess you, ask you to complete our health questionnaire and introduce you to our equipment and teaching methods.
