Welding Inspection Services Limited was founded in 1983. The company won the NDT contract at Aughinish Alumina Limited in 1987. At that time there were 3 employees. The company also had a contract with Tullow Oil in Senegal at this time. These contracts were followed up with contract awards at several other major companies, and the Company began to grow in numbers. In 1989 we carried out our first works for the ESB at Moneypoint Generating Station. Since then we have worked in most of the power stations around the country, in which, we have gained great experience in the inspection of boilers and power plant in general.
