OHM WELL

The Ohm Well is a family-oriented community space, open to all, with a goal to improve the health equity of communities of color. Our drop-in classes are now donation based, and directly benefit our Well Garden initiative. The Ohm Well is owned by Valerie McMillan, mom to Marley, who understands the importance of moving and breathing in a space where little ones are welcome. We also offer youth-based movement rooms and offer youth-based activities during our weekly Family Fleaux classes.
