Having spent years honing his skills in the restaurants of Korea, Japan, London and Brighton, Min opened Oshio in 2016, in Brighton's North Laine. Fusing the purity of Japanese ingredients with the heat of Korean cuisine, Min has created a warm and inviting atmosphere in which to welcome guests...
