We have been in the roofing trade for many years. We are professional and experienced roofers, fully qualified and fully insured for all roofing repairs, upgrades and new roof installations... We also replace missing, loose or damaged roof tiles. However, if the roof requires too many roof tiles to be cost effective then it is a good idea to have a full roof replacement. Like all external surfaces with the changeable weather and wear and tear, the roof tiles have a life expectancy of approximately 25 years, depending on the type of roof installed. With maintenance a roof can last much longer. When installing a new roof we remove all the old tiles, battens and membrane and replace with a new breathable roof membrane, new treated wooden battens and new roof tiles. There is a choice on the style and colour of tiles, we can help advise with all aspects of roof installation.
