After training and receiving her grooming certificate from Manchester's All Dogs Gym & Inn in 2015, Heather practiced her newly acquired skills at several grooming salons over the next 3 years. At each location she was exposed to different grooming techniques, practices and products and started formulating her vision of the environment she wanted to create in her own salon one day. That opportunity came sooner than expected, when she was offered the chance to take over ownership of Warner Wags in July 2018.
