Mr. Abdoun's primary responsibility is to monitor and report updates on fuel quality specifications and vehicle emission policy developments in Africa and Middle East for the Global Fuel Specifications service, as well as cover African & Middle Eastern policies and markets for Stratas Advisors' research practices including the Fuels & Markets practice. Prior to joining Stratas Advisors, Anas worked as Political Analyst and followed the geopolitical risks in the Middle-East for COJEP International, a Turkish Organization. Mr. Abdoun, a native of France, holds a BA in Political Science and a certificate in Arab studies at the University of Montreal in Canada. He then returned to Europe to complete a Master's degree in International Relations in Brussels at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English.

Based in Brussels, Ayesha's primary focus is on renewable transport fuels in North America and emerging markets. Prior to joining Stratas, Ayesha worked as an economics analyst at a UK refining industry trade association. She holds a master's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Toronto and a second master's degree in Energy Policy from University College London. Ayesha is fluent in English and French.

Dr. Lee is responsible for analyzing the energy data value chain (oil, natural gas, NGLs, biofuels, refined products and petrochemicals) to develop forecasts and quantitative/analytic models in the Stratas Advisors' analytics group. He is developing and enhancing forecasting models for global and regional energy demand, supply and prices using an econometrics approach. He is also performing various sensitivity and scenario analyses and high-level analytic or pricing modeling. Prior to joining Stratas Advisors, he worked for GS E&C, a global engineering firm, where he performed market research on pursuing business opportunities in the oil and gas markets by analyzing upstream, midstream and downstream value chains, along with dynamic energy market outlooks. He was responsible for analyzing and reporting energy market fundamentals for global oil and gas markets to support the company's strategic decision-making process. He earned a bachelor degree from SungKyunKwan University in South Korea and a masters and doctorate from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Lundin is responsible for energy demand forecasting for Stratas Advisors, with a focus on refined products and biofuels. He has 12 years of experience in developing forecast models and analyzing downstream energy markets and vehicle fleet dynamics. His demand forecasting analysis has included assessments of over 100 countries at the sector and fuel level, under multiple scenarios examining sensitivity to changes in a wide range of driver variables including price assumptions. Prior to joining Stratas Advisors he was a senior consultant at IHS, where he was responsible for assessing and modeling global refined product demand, including the linkages between gasoline and diesel demand with vehicle fleets and the biofuel markets.

Based in Brussels, Janire monitors global and EU policy developments in relation to decarbonization and climate change, with a focus on energy markets and low-carbon alternatives. She holds a master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Milan with a specialization in international climate change and environmental law. Prior to joining Stratas Advisors, she gained valuable experience in research and policy analysis in the non-profit sector, and contributed to the development of an environmental fintech startup to accelerate green investments. She is fluent in Spanish, Basque, English, German, Italian, and French.
Zihao is responsible for updating StratasScope databases and maintaining Enhanced Shale Services, in addition to gathering primary data and assisting with consultancy engagements. He holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa and a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. Previous work experience includes an internship at DFG Energy. In addition to his native Chinese, Zihao is fluent in English.
Zoe is an analyst on the Fuels and Transportation team, focusing on Global Automotive. She is responsible for the Automotive Interactive Model (AIM) model, conducting fleet and powertrain research, and building analysis on the energy transition as it relates to transportation. Additionally, Zoe works closely with the Energy Markets team to analyze fleet fuel demands, as well as electrification of the vehicle fleet. Prior to joining Stratas Advisors, Zoe has held internships at McKinsey and Company, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Sinopec. Zoe holds a master's of Energy Economics from Rice University and a bachelor's of Energy Economics from China University of Petroleum (Beijing). In addition to her native Chinese, Zoe speaks English fluently and has a TOPIK certificate in Korean.
