Welcome to my new legal blog. I do not normally write about the law but after recent events in my life, I decided I needed to branch out. It all began when my husband decided to sell our summer house on the Gold Coast. I loved that place and I was sad to see it go. I was also angry when the sale of the place became difficult. The other party kept stalling and seemed to be trying to mess with the deal. Thankfully, we had a very good real estate attorney who helped us to get the best possible outcome.
