Lydia Steinsberger has been with Complete Commercial Roofing since 2011. She has been in customer service for over 15 years. She oversees office operations and all aspects of accounting at CCR. She is CCR Company "Rolodex" and is known to be able to find anything for anybody at any time.
As the owner of Complete Commercial Roofing, Thomas Hickman considers himself a hands on owner on all projects and he stays in constant communication with his crew managers at any hour of the day as needed. This is so he ensures and guarantee's his customer's prompt response and eliminates any problems that may arise.
In 1986, he started his roofing career and has been a licensed roofing contractor doing business throughout the entire state of Indiana. In 2003 starting his business Complete Commercial Roofing, making it his goal to provide all of his customer's with the best possible roofing service available. Most of his team members have been hand chosen, due to their detail oriented work ethics and customer service, and they have been working in the roofing business with him since the 1980's.
In 1978, Tim started in the commercial roofing trade. He progressed to field supervisor within four years, as well as being one of the first in the state to be sent for training in the EPDM roof systems in Carlisle Pennsylvania. Over the years he has trained many employees in the field in regards to the install and detail work with different roofing systems. Tom and Tim worked with one another from 1997-2001 before Tim started his own home improvement company in 2001. In 2017, Tim accepted the offer to be Production Manager at CCR. He looks forward to bringing his high-quality workmanship to CCR along with their great reputation to benefit all the customers now and in the future.
