Harry "George" Weissenberger is a PMP-certified Business Management Consultant and Program Manager charged with the success of key strategic customer goals, and driving customer engagement, innovation, and transformation for 21st century capabilities. For nearly 25 years he has lead significant business initiative projects serving various government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and other private sector customers.
Mr. Weissenberger's most recent projects, with Chenega IT Enterprise Services, Chenega Technical Innovations, Lumark Technologies, Golden Key Group and Lockheed Martin, have served and supported government projects that provide mission critical improvements for FAA, DOT, DHS, and technical projects of the DoD.
Focused on business management consulting as a practice, Mr. Weissenberger specializes in engaging with customers to drive innovation, processes improvement, organizational effectiveness, and "cultural dynamics of change" management. He is both an advisor for innovation and the "caution flag" that makes certain innovation is aligned with agency interests and goals, industry credibility, and the organizational bottom line. He also ensures work packages add value to the agency, customers, up line management, and the staff charged with the implementation. George is a skilled communicator of the information necessary to make sound and defensible decisions and provides original insight to create business differentiators.
Before supporting government customers, he worked as Sr. Manager, Private Label Internet Products for MCI/WorldCom, directing Project Managers developing innovative global Internet products and solutions. Mr. Weissenberger has also published a real estate magazine, written business articles. and created business improvement presentations. His first foray into business was in radio broadcasting - as a producer, Promotions Manager, and air talent for various San Francisco and Los Angeles/Orange County market stations. He also worked at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) under Bill Gross's leadership.
Mr. Weissenberger believes integrity and success includes supporting your community, and as such is a multiple recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award. His activities have included Face of America (service-disabled veterans bicycle race), and FIRST Robotics Team mentoring.
