We believe that mentoring is the act of providing resources, training, encouragement, expectations, and Christ's love to another person that is trying to improve their life. Mentoring implicitly involves expectations; both the mentor and the mentee should have realistic and well understood goals so that the growth can be measured and understood... We believe that the Barnabas Alliance will be a place to provide you the resources that that you can use freely for helping someone else. We just ask that any document that we provide not be modified.
