Housing Authority Accounting Specialists, Inc., (HAAS) previously known as Housing Data Specialists was established in 1968 by Gilbert Vieth & Gordon Stasiak with the sole purpose of providing fee accounting services for PHAs. In 1993 Gilbert & Gordon amicably divided the company and Housing Authority Accounting Specialists was born. Gilbert Vieth worked tirelessly from 1968 through his retirement in 2010 to build HAAS into a reputable fee accounting service provider throughout the Midwest. In 2010, Gilbert passed the company on to his children, Wendy Endres and Darrin Vieth...
