Mark Floyd - President

Mark Floyd, president and owner, is a United States Navy veteran with training in pharmacy technology, and a strong track record of business management as owner and CEO of Dallas-based M&M Custodial & Consultants, LLC. He has developed personal and professional specialties in education, sustainability, and service to leading DFW-area construction firms, which form the foundation for F&P Construction. Mark's leadership and training responsibilities on hospital ships in the Navy evolved a passion for education, which he channeled into faculty positions at area colleges upon returning to civilian life. He created EDGE Education Group Institute, an outcome-based career and technical program, and helped pioneer a green pharmacy and sustainability curriculum, later reflected in the green certified cleaning processes employed by M&M. He has served as a subject matter expert on the Dallas County Community College District's Annual Sustainability Summit, and been recognized by Eastfield College with their Presidential Sustainability Award of Excellence. In the construction arena, Mark has worked with the DFW-area companies cited in the Experience section, and has aligned with a respected industry veteran of leading national firms in establishing F&P. He brings a deep understanding of industry dynamics at the ground level through active participation in the S.M. Wright Community Economic Development Program, funded by the North Texas Council of Governments and TxDOT. Mark mentors and provides risk management counsel to Disadvantaged Businesses (DBEs), elevating their skills and ability to compete for and perform on highway construction projects.

Patrick Peaden - COO

Patrick Peaden, chief operations officer, is a construction industry leader with more than 25 years of experience in all phases of project delivery. He has established and managed local and regional offices for several national commercial contractors, and is skilled in business development, risk management and preconstruction operations. Most recently, Patrick launched Texas operations for Concept CSI, a New York and London-based firm specializing in mission critical construction throughout the U.S. and several international markets. As senior vice president and regional manager for Panattoni Construction, he led design, construction and development for the Chicago, Denver and Dallas offices, and implemented changes that drove increased profitability. At Adolfson & Peterson Construction, he served as vice president of operations for the Gulf States Region, contributed to growing revenues from $60 million to $110 million in two years, plus developed and then led a new Energy Resources Group in a dual role. Earlier, Patrick established the Dallas office for J.E. Dunn Construction as senior vice president, after serving as project manager in the firm's Kansas City, MO office. Patrick's project experience spans multiple market segments, including healthcare, higher education, K-12 education, multifamily/hospitality/mixed use, mission critical, corporate/tenant finish, retail, worship, government, entertainment, correctional and industrial. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. Degree in Construction Management.
