Eco360 is part of the Southeast Regional Service Commission and governed by a board of directors comprised of the mayors of the 12 municipalities in the region, as well as 1 Southeast Rural District representative. The Board is responsible for Eco360's operations, including any administrative requirements... Eco360 (formerly Westmorland Albert Solid Waste Corporation) is dedicated to helping our partner communities and consumers manage recyclables and waste in the most sustainable and efficient way possible.
