Starting in March, the CORE Terapija team on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 invites to "Core" lessons. Lessons and programme bases are derived from the pilate system by supplementing it with stretching exercises and conscious rhythmic breathing... On May 15 this year, from 12.00 to 16.00 at Central Quarter, Dzirnavu Street 81/83, open door-days are held. As part of the open-door day, it will be possible to get to know the quarter, to explore the apartments and to feel the alluring spell of the Riga centre.
